Re: 4ms Quad Pingable LFO (QPLFO): Officially Announced Now

I used the 4ms QCD, expander and QPLFO as the heart of my system for a few years. When I got them they were everything I wanted them to be. The three of them can all be connected in the back to clear up some clutter. You could go simple and just have everything share the same clock or get more exoti...

Re: Dual Looping Delay from 4ms

Isn’t that keeping with digital delays? I’m pretty sure that is why they have a send and return as a lot of people will send digital delays to an lpf to mellow out those highs.

Re: Eno TC-13 Myomorpha vs RAT?

Rat: Early 90’s square one. The previous one I “borrowed” was the same. I’ve played an earlier whiteface that sounded great and larger rectangular box one that sounded meh. I thought the turbo Rat sounded bad. My band mate had the double Rat rack unit that sounded good. I love this pedal on guitar, ...

Re: Eno TC-13 Myomorpha vs RAT?

Maybe get a cheap rat and switch out the chip yourself. I’ve had mine for 20 years. Before that, I had “borrowed” one for 5 years. I love that pedal. I snagged the life pedal and enjoy this version even more than the original.

Re: things that would get your Muff license revoked

I remember perfectly that at the time it was released, I thought the sliding bassline and the filtering in the bridge was pretty badass [/quote] I had a similar revelation at the time. I’m not arguing that it’s perfect or a great song (good luck trying to agree on what that even means) but, it’s the...

I use this: https://www.guitarcenter.com/Proline/PL402-2-Tier-Double-X-Braced-Keyboard-Stand-1273887983350.gc?source=4WWMWXGL&storeCode=&source=4WWMWXGL&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_cODiYKP6wIVG_fjBx0HVwplEAQYASABEgK_lvD_BwE And a regular stand underneath. I can’t remember what they call it, but have you tried to change how the CV reacts on the Stillson Hammer (Shift and CV or something like that)?

Love my wasp. Used it daily for a few years. Play out regularly with it at shows and whatnot. Never had a problem with my wasp. If I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to fix it. I think it’s one of the best values in eurorack.

Re: Using Eurorack to make a crunchy hardcore-ish guitar sound

I regularly get my distorted guitarish lead sound from wavetable osc into a wasp filter with resonance 3/4 to full turn and dial in cv’s. Echoing what others have said, it’s not exactly like a guitar (it’s better!).

Re: Best BBD modules? / MF-104m users?

I have a 104m SD and I love it. I have a few euro delays (chronoblob, modcan dual and DLD) and I also think they’re great but really different. I’ve gotten the most out of that pedal by using it in an fx loop. Do you use an external mixer?

If I didn’t already have the tanzbar, I’d have this. I absolutely love the tanzbar and I really dig the updates to this. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with is its size increase. I feel like the first one is almost perfect although, the increase in size probably makes this thing even more playable...

Chronoblob

I’d love to own a space echo one day. Used it twice and fell in love with the sound. I’m not in love with the thought of having to fix it.

Have you tried holding the encoder down while turning it?You can also hold down Init while turning the encoder to change tempo in larger increments.
