Re: Dear Audacity: please die. Horribly.
I'm usually using a mix of Audacity, Shuriken (https://rock-hopper.github.io/shuriken/) and bash with Sox. Works for me.

Re: Drone/Ambient starting rack
Thank you,
So basically Ableton in a module, I see this more as a techno/IDM-oriented tool but I agree that the looper and granular functionalities look great and would be useful in an ambient setup.

Re: 4ms Spherical Wavetable Navigator SWN
Well, it's an easy and evident approach to this module, but it's the same thing as saying that a Waldorf Microwave XT is a drone-machine : that is just an aspect of the synthesizer. The SWN is a nicely featured 6 voice synth minus maybe a filter, you can do a lot with it alone.

Re: Basic sequencing rhythm
Okay thank you, so what exactly does a sequential switch do? It's the same as a railway switch : either route several inputs to one output (one at a time) or route one input to several outputs (one at a time). The switch is triggered by a gate and operates sequentially (ie. signal is routed to/from...

If you have only 2HP left and want something like the LRMSMSLR, Shakmat's SumDif fits the bill.

Re: 4ms Spherical Wavetable Navigator SWN
So I merged the Git repo and flashed the beta firmware, I agree that the new per-channel panning is a really nice addition, and easy to use too. There are a few hiccups when switching from pan-mode to level-mode, but nothing too harsh. I still need to understand how is made the new sustain thing in ...

Custom LFOs and scales ! https://github.com/tsointsoin/SWN/wiki/SWN
I'll check the new beta firmware this weekend, I am curious about how you did the panning thing.
Thank you for this wonderful module

Great news ! I don't have anything using Select Bus so I won't bug you for testing.
Will you publish the code on github ? (asking because I am getting used to my custom LFO shapes :p )

Re: Announcing ALM017 - Pamela's NEW Workout
Last firmware here, master clock is a x0xb0x which clocks a Zaquencer with midi and Pam with Dinsync. Zaquencer transmits midi clock to a TR-8, Pam transmits pulse to a Dfam. Everything stays in sync.
Do you have another clock source to try ?

Go to https://malekkoheavyindustry.com/product/richter-dual-borg-filter/ and click on "Full description", there is a kind of manual. Relevant part might be that : The signal path of the Dual Borg is selectable: Series or Parallel. – In Series mode, when you plug into either in 1 or in 2, or even bot...

I reckon it sends a calculated pulse train depending on the midi note. It's so fast that you can barely see it.

If you're using Linux, Shuriken is good for sample-slicing. Don't know if it will export morphagene-compatible things, tho.

Re: External oscilloscope newb question
I use a Nano DSO 201, the probe is attached to a 3.5 female plug and a patch cable. It works correctly, but you'll have to set the Volt scale to something like 2V/division.
