Re:

I just did a quick test with recording CV output from VCV Rack into Ableton and it seems to work pretty well. You can use VCV Rack to record a library of modulation sources to send out of your soundcard. Then you could set those samples up in a drum rack and use these python sketches to output the ...

This reminds me a little of the classic clock divider outputs -> mixer -> quantizer -> oscillator patch! it's fun to play with for sure. Are the suboctaves derived from the signal AFTER the folding has been done? As far as I'm able to tell, yes they are, I believe the peaks from the folded signal a...

Euro: novel cv sequencing technique

I've been thinking about a method to sequence cv in my rack since I first came across the tip top fold processor several months ago. It has the sub octave generator section with attenuators which is fed the peaks of the wave folder to the best of my iPad nderstanding, which sounds tough as hell, but...

Solid advice. So far that's been 1a 4c osc w fm and the clocked semi-random source. Starting to get the hang of those ones, to the point where I understand the LED display even, which is a great start in my book.
Thanks again

Thanks you guys! it's still going to be a while before I memorize more than 3 of these algorithms but at least there are organized people out there somewhere who can help a brother out. I just laminated this mofo so we're good for 3 winters.
