Re: First hardware compressor recs

I recently found an old Calrec RQD 6400 for a very decent price, so I would say that if you have a 1000 box budget and come across one of those, jump on it ! It's clean but very wide sounding (compared to the Elysia Xpressor), easy to dial in, and the best... there's two units in one rack !!!! https...

Re: Verbos multi delay with switching power supply?

I use mine with a Row Power 40 wich I guess is also switching right ? No problems to report ;-) Cool, thanks. How do you like it? It's one of the most weird piece of gear I have I think, I LOVE it. I think i've been one of the first to have it when it came out and after all this time using it for v...

Re: 500 Series: Compressors and EQ’s for Electronic Music Production

I highly suggest you have a look at the Elysia 500 units, I can say that the xpressor, xfilter and karakter are awesome units as i've been using those for years now, as much for mixing, creative purposes and mastering. I would to get some API at some point to check the differences. https://scontent-...

Re: Envelope Sequencer / Sequenced Envelopes

I think the easiest way to dial in very precise sequenced modulations of envelopes is actualy to use a few different ones carefully tuned, plug all those into a sequencial switch and send the result to your modulation destination. Here is a video I did a while back using a somewhat similar approach ...
