? Headphone selector switch bevore the preamp, any impedance problems to expect ?

a simple question: i have a nice tube pre-amp for my Headphones. now i would like to DIY a Headphone selector in front of it, since i have more cans now. ( and want to plug in the cans in a better spot/position vs. my modular) I´d like to have something like 2 or maybe 4 stereo jacks, plus a switch,...

Re: Qu-Bit Data Bender

some demos with simple audio content going in would be VERY welcome. ;) for example a simple 1-2 bar (modular) drum/percussion loop. or/and just one spoken word.....then go with that I also could imagine that a loop with some empty passages would work well to demo the audio effects of the data bende...

maybe rename this thread header to something more general ........and more agressive ?.......plus the term: "listing" (for the modules )
(also, that we just could mail a link to manufacturers, ...expressing here that we won´t buy it )

Re: Qu-Bit 2020: Aurora, Data Bender, Surface, Cascade

the question could have been how much control you get to have with a longer buffer.
i could imagine that the control was suffering vs. the navigation within a "too long" buffer.
( not looked how the module and controls are setup in particular)

Re: Euro Patchcables: is shielding necessary ? (which brands are unshielded)

I use a lot of digital modules in my systems and the original unshielded iteration of Tendrils produced heaps of noise when turning pots and encoders, so I developed a shielded version that is still able to have an ultra-slim 2.5mm OD wire by utilising a spiral shielding technique similar to how a ...

If you want fun get the V-Moda i had a look at these, thomann has only the M-200 which seems to be on the linear side. The M-100 seems to be VERY well regarded in the DJ scene, what i read. i need to have an eye where i order such things from ( since swiss is NOT EU) .....seems to be a good tip ( i...
