Re: Let's patch a Subharmonicon

Yes, Maths. Loopop has nice video detailing this.

After watch all the release videos and the 0-CTRL too. Can we use the second sequencer on the DFAM and a vc slew limiter to get these interesting rhythms? I need to try it.

Or *perhaps* it could be done with a little add-on module??
If you are going give the ability to enable options in a options.txt file at least have a !!¡¡ knob that you can assign this new feature. :hihi:

Re: Pittsburgh Modular Lifeforms Cascading Delay Network

Well, if I hadn't just gotten myself a Bastl Thyme for christmas, this module would have firmly installed itself very high on my wannahavelist. Is this using four PT2399s? Or is it some quad channel DSP engine? Or something else yet? Richard has been talking about it in the live streams he's been d...

Well, I missed the part about soldering the THAT chip directly to the board but afaik it was just for the spacing because you are supposed to use a large tempco correct? I did the same thing by default as well. I got some Stackable Headers from Tayda to give the extra space between the boards, but ...

It made it out of the wilds of the PNW in a hurry.

Delivery date missed and in the wilds of Chicago? Somewhere?

USPS Status:
Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility.

Re: iron temperature

[quote="Attackman"]Excellent idea! Thank you. Presumably the raised profile fits okay when the boards are assembled.

Yes, because height is the same as the socket and VCA chips. All chips are in sockets in my build. It works.

Re: iron temperature

Hi Looking for a bit of guidance, if anyone can help? I'm just soldering mine together - nearly completed the resistors. I only have a fixed 30w iron and was wondering how I manage soldering the IC's? The build instructions state: "max soldering temperature should be 300o C degrees for 10 sec/pad"....

I recently acquired a used SV-1 and have had a couple of (minor) issues. I wanted to see what your thoughts were prior to writing PM. Reach out to them. I sent mine to PM mainly for the V\O tracking. That was fixed (tracks really well now) as well as the sample not sampling on certain trigger signa...

The LEDs in those types of sliders can be easily pulled out and replaced with a different color. The panel LEDs are a bit more difficult.

If you're interested in the new Voltage Research Laboratory, keep an eye on the Pittsburgh Modular Youtube channel.

They will be live streaming a demo in order to practice their Superbooth "script".

The videos will not be saved, so you have to catch it live.
