[correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the one of the purposes of the preorders (this time around) to allow as many people as possible to get in on it and they'll manufacture at least as many as they have preorders for? Or they could just manufacture x number of units and kick them out to distributors...

Announcing something like this on Facebook is pure wank. Product scarcity is a fantastic (and effective) marketing tactic used to drive demand and increase sales. This module could be produced in larger quantities (there is obviously demand for it) but by keeping it in to smaller numbers and limite...

they're a bit far for me order from on the regular, but anybody near Elevator Sound Bristol, i can't recommend them highly enough. Yeah, I agree. I ordered Marbles on Monday (after Elevator had already closed) and just racked it today. That's faster than I've received modules from some US based ret...

What is it that people are diving for? I just turn the edit knob to the synthesis model I want and feed it voltages...

What are other peoples' experience with the LFO rate in shape / cycle mode? It may be my imagination but my two Just Friends seem to cycle much faster since being updated to v3 firmware. maybe this sounds really frikin crazy to people outside of germany, but isn't your first point of call the retail outlet? I mean, if my module dies, I take it back to schneiders within 2 years and they are legally obligated to replace it or have it fixed, no questions asked (unless it was obviously...

Also! For those that will be getting their Natural Gates soon, you will discover a different power scheme. Looks like a cool module but eurorack already has a power standard. What's the advantage of not using a standard 16 pin header? Aren't you risking people plugging these in incorrectly when the...

It's a morphing filter. It doesn't really do spacial effects (unless I've missed something). It morphs between filter types represented by a 3D cube (shown on the module's display). You should read through the manual. https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/userpix2/337_screenshot_20170221_160900_1.jpg

It may be the same problem I had with mine (lights on, unresponsive, no sound, etc.). Look at Appendix C in the DIY build manual. Appendix C: murphy boot failure! Some experienced a problem with the teensy not booting on first power up. It seems that it can be fixed by putting a 10u capacitor on the...

OK. This is getting strange. I unplugged all the modules in my rack except for my 2 Orgone Accumulators. I started plugging them all back in one by one and plugging inthe Just Friends, Control Forge, or Modcan Quad LFO (individually...not even all at the same time) will make the Orgone stop working....

I've been having an intermittent issue with one of my Orgone Accumulators (v1 PCB, current firmware) where FM will stop working (index and freq knobs have no effect on sound) and the only way to get it to work again is to cycle the power on my case. After cycling power it will work as expected. OK....

OK. Yesterday it booted and produced sound but no lit LEDs and none of the knobs seemed to alter the sound in any way until I cycled the power on my case. Then it worked as it should. According to modulargrid (which I know may not be accurate) I'm at 995 mA +12v, 462 mA -12v, and 100 mA 5v. My power...

This is sort of a strange one but I am curious to know how other people would reconfigure this system down to 6U or 9U. The low/high and the even/odd settings only affect the wave when timbre is dialed in and mainly you are right with your square/saw observations. Since I never searched for an oscillator plug in for logic I did now and did a short video to test spectre. So that's how the CO does it: Thanks for posti...
