Re: HAIBLE TAU "THE PIPE" PHASER by Random Source

quick test of the Tau: http://soundcloud.com/user-91119069/tau-test Interesting, thanks! How is the sounds like at 01:31-01:35 achieved? It sounds surprisingly glitchy. Is the sound fed into the phaser already glitchy or what causes this are you able to explain? Thanks. I've listened to other demos...

Thank you everyone.
Just a public word that nothing is being slowed here by the COVID-19.
Good to know!

Have to say that maybe becausef of reading of people dreaming about TE-2, I visited this thread in my dream to find 10 new lowfi demos that sounded heavenly.

Re: Ways of using Fourses Module?

I'm interested in any answers, as well. Just recently got a set of IFM modules, Fourses included. Still havent had time to get into it really. Based on a quick read the whole concept of the Bounds/Bounce seems quite hard to understand, meaning in what way in reality it actually effects the oscillato...

I asked Xaoc directly if they are still working on this module and they replied!

"Yes, we are, very intensively. Sarajewo is one of the highest priiority projects atm, soon to be released."

Re: Iron Ether Qwoso - Quad Wavetable Oscillator with Sub Octaves

Very nice glitchy lofi sound. Reminds you of old FM synths and to my ears doesn't really sound like a wavetable synth. Kinda weirded out by the semitune quantizing in the v/8. I understand it can be very helpful, but would it also make using alternative tunings quite hard. Maybe potentially add a wa...

What's the details of this demo? The TE-2 speed is quite low in this one, right? You can really imagine the built-in lowcut filter will be useful with sounds like these cause there is so much bass material.

Re: Sprott Investigations

Thanks for the information on Sprott, Pugix!

Before reading your webpage I thought my Sprott might have been broken, because I was not able to prevent from self-oscillating. The reason for this was, of course, that the resonance knob works in the opposite manner than "normally" in Eurorack.

Re: Shuttle Control by Endorphines

HAAAAAAALPPP! Problems with PSUs etc can be hard to understand for a layman (like me.) So if I were you I would just go for the easy solution: use the module with another PSU. Don't connect it to the Trogotronic case. If you want, you can just buy some case with no power and just power the Shuttle ...

Re: T-Rex Effects Replicator (Actual Tape Echo in Euro)

Found it in another sale and came here to ask if it is worth the 44hp and if it’s any fun, but I can see that I already did that a while back. :) So :bump:, I guess. While I do not have used this module, for the right price it still seems pretty nice. The negative thing with this module, for me, is...

I just ordered a sweet sixteen (the 16n faderback eurorack module) mostly for ‘jamming’ on the er301, adding a tactical interface, but will also come in handy with the fx aids I imagine. But yeah, with only one assignable cv in only so much you can do. I think there definately is still a market for...

This still sounds awesome, but kinda scared of having to reflash the module. I think in the Zadar thread there were people who bricked their module while reflashing. So with FX Aid I need to reflash every time I need to change which effects will be on at the same time? The only ones already saved th...

I’m still confident you can get the "frothy" sound or what your hearing in the epoch demo with the twin peak. It might also have to do with how your modulating and types of signal going in too. I wouldn't be at all surprised that it's possible, but right now I am just unable to get to quite that le...

Thanks for the replies! Ok, I tried again. And now I was able to get watery artefacts from my TwinPeak Resonator. I dont know why last time I was unable. However, it is a really small window. The knobs and input/CV going in has to be just right or the Resonator starts to add tiny bits of distortion ...
