Re:

I've loving this oscillator! But I'm not liking that the soft buttons don't retain their state like Linnaeus. Hopefully there's a firmware update soon! Unfortunately not. Trident is 100% analog, so no firmware. Marco , as I spend more time with this oscillator it's definitely becoming one of my fav...

If you have the time I would be curious to hear your feedback on the sonics of the headphone and master outputs compared to the WMD. I'm very happy with the Pro Outputs but I'm always curious on how newer products compare and contrast. Sure thing - would be happy to! Please give me some time though...

Can’t go wrong either way - based on specs. I owned the WMD and found it to be superb - although I am about to order the Transmit 2 for my new system purely because I prefer XLR. If you have the time I would be curious to hear your feedback on the sonics of the headphone and master outputs compared...

I've tried Facebook and Facebook messenger in the past but wasn't successful. My last successful contact was via email a few years ago and, other than indicating his concerns related to import duties, that email exchange never completed. I can retry previous channels, but since my last Macbeth repai...

Hello, i saw some people there make the comparison with buchla 252 here, can you explain if you know what is similar between the two sequencers? I know they have the same circular "look", but do they have the same rhythmic properties? Also i'm hesitating a lot with the vector sequencer from Five12,...

Soooo...at least 2 runs of these modules have sold out and a 3rd run has been listed. And yet not a single person here on Muffwiggler has even one of them? Or knows someone who knows someone who owns one? How can such a state exist in the modularverse? Statistically this shouldn't be possible? Right?

CMS ARP 2500/2600 Clones - Experiences? Demos?

Other than the 1047E filter (which I already have) does anyone here own any of the other CMS eurorack modules? They appear to be selling but I can't find any opinions or quality audio demos of the other modules. Looking for some input.

Thanks, John! I really like the Sythesizers.com cable idea. Though I'm thinking four holes in the power supply case (the fifth SixPac) and then connect the cables to the four SixPacs from there. Do you happen to know the part numbers for the connectors to accommodate the .com cables? Just a thought....

jvt , Can you post a picture of the back of your cases and any additional pictures that would help to show how you currently have it wired?[ Also you said the SixPacs will be bolted together. so, do you plan on moving them still bolted together? Here's a picture of the back in the current configura...

Thanks for the feedback. I have no idea what impedance each bus board introduces nor how each module would impact the output to the next case. If it helps, most of the modules are analog. Only three are digital (Dual Wavetable VCO, Dual Digital Delay and MIDI-CV) I just looked at the Hinton Busbar, ...

Another approach (again, not actually a MARF) is to use any multi-row sequencer and a voltage controlled clock/LFO. Clock the sequencer with the clock source and route one of the sequencer rows to modulate the clock/LFO speed. A Serge slope type circuit can be added to spice up the CV output. There'...

Modcan A Power Distribution w/Cyndustries SixPacs

I've got a question regarding power distribution options for a Modcan A system built upon a Cyndustries Power (Large) and 4 SixPacs. I currently have 3 SixPacs wired according to Option A. I have a 4th SixPac ready to add to the set up.Is there any reason Option B wouldn't work? I'm primarily intere...

If you don't need to have high pass at the same time as low pass you can use the low pass as high pass by mixing its output with the original signal. It's not perfect and you need to be careful tweaking the mix levels, you'll find it out though. Sorry about the rotated pic, just can't get it right,...

Have you tried the Moon S175? I have a couple and use one as HP and the other as LP. Not saying it’s equal to the 904s, but they’re pretty good. No I haven't. The Model 15 is the only MU I have at the moment. It was the Aion eurorack clones that led me to the Model 15. The only thing left of the Ai...

Agree! The Model 15 is awesome. The one thing I do wish I had is a 904b High Pass Filter. Right now the only way to get one would be to buy a System 35 or IIIp. I so wish Moog would consider selling certain modules individually. Not so likely, sure...but I can dream!
