Re: WMD Metron sequencer

my request is an option for reset out. Manual Only!!!! as far as know, metron sends reset way too often, like when changing variations, sometimes you don't want that, but you still want to reset your other sequencers before starting a recording for example.... so manual only reset, sending reset ON...

Re: Really annoying basic behavior of some digital gear.

typically 90ies digital synth behavior... but yeah my new Wavestate does always wake up to preset 1-1, but that could be anything depending of the set list.

In this session I have used some paraphonic chords done with 3 Dixies. Nice lead sound too.

Re: Doepfer BBD sound

I love my doepfer BBD to death!!!!! mostly can't patch without it, for 1 of my 4 voices
Yes it need a filter an lfo minimum, even 2 filters, maybe a vca in the external feedback loop....

yes BBD can be noisy, don't have dynamic range and distort easily. The sound is just awesome.

Re: Behringer Mono/Poly!

That demo sounds horrible! Nothing close to the richness and timbral variety of the mono/poly I've owned and performed/recorded with for the last 22 years. But, we can't rule out "operator error" for this demo, it doesn't seem the performer figured out what to do with the cross-mod or filter settin...

Re: Flaunt your non-sequencer modular!

Well, actually my decision for not including sequencers is far from being arbitrary. I don't like things to be automated, I want to be the one slowly turning the knobs and bringing things into the mix gradually. I like keeping things simple that's why I was asking about simplified systems VCO, VCF,...

call us again when it's doing shrooms (we want a trip report) :hihi: DREADBOX Dystopia I did put a modular level audio signal into Scatter (an output) by mistake. SO 5 sec. after heavy smoke. the guy says everything is ok with his module. maybe a fluke? not so sure i.m.o. I don't think he even test...

Re: Module start smoking when patching?

no answer yet from the maker. He must have heard of it already I bet :) I won't reveal the name until I get his response.
It is part of a new affordable suite of modules. It is not Berhinger.

Module start smoking when patching?

Hi, this never happened to me before. I was using a new module, it was plugged as it should be in my case, it worked fine for 2 hours. What I did is plugging an audio source into an output by mistake, thinking it was the input. After 3 second the module started to smoke heavily! I shut down my case,...

Re: Korg Wavestate

I just got mine and I spent a day with it. I think it is very well done. The UI is pretty good overall and the concept is well executed. BUT you can see the limitations and almost can see the future updated models... limited choices of waves, lack samples/multisamples import... but wow really good f...

Re: New from Moog - Sirin

....since it's best used tethered to a computer anyway...... yeah I use a 100% hardware setup, so it does not fit my workflow in that sense, having to connect a laptop to it just to know on witch patch number I am did not work well for me. I tough about it but I decided it was not for me. As for ch...

Well there's a pull down for region and otherwise you type the country you're located in "State/Country/Province". as far as I can tell, CANADA is not listed as a country, and I cannot proceed with the purchase without selecting a country from the list.... unless I choose the wrong country... with ...
