mmf1 is based off the res-4 according to Wowa with a ton of extras thrown in since it's just one channel.

mmf2= two mmf-6 with extra tricks

http://www.synthfool.com/state.html I'd say four months is amazing considering what he deals with. Sounds like Kevin is kicking ass and taking names. Kevin is a good guy, and a dying breed, sadly. Very much the tech you want working on anything you care about. Send him some lighter synths to work on...

Especially when someone shares their work.

I would have probably waited on the wad I just got.

Any word on the price?

Great job. Nice desk too!

Too bad Korg doesn't make the kaptivator anymore. It had a nice combo of features. Seems like people hold on to them. Ya some of the specs of the p-10 aren't impressive for the price, but it looks fun and would be much more ergonomic than what I've got going on now. Good to hear people like them. I ...

Expensive, but looks handy with a modular video system.

Just curious if anyone had used one and what they thought of it.

intsersting point. i figured as much. how much do you enjoy it when used a more straight up filter with less mod sources etc? Bare in mind i don't have a PH-4 - with less mod sources - i found it touchy to dial in a sound i like - but it shone with modulation and experimentation. Its got a very spe...

I had to completely rearrange my modular when i got a Res 4 - it eats attenuators + LFO's and every other modulation source for breakfast. Get a PH-4 to go with it - 4 outs and you can attenuate the signal on the module. It's the perfect match if you don't need reset! +1 ph-4 brings the res-4 to li...
