Re: pulse buffer? averager?

Thanks people, If I were going to do something like this I'd probably use Teletype, and take a running average of the milliseconds between each trigger to set a predicted tempo. (Except at the beginning, when it needs to take the first two pulses as is.) It could also be smart enough to discard outl...

pulse buffer? averager?

SO. I have been working on a performance with a dancer where i use his voice as a main input into my modular then use the processed voice to evolve and generate the patches so that the music evolves in real time. To do this am routing one of the outs from the wireless mic to preamp to the lzx sensor...

Definitely make SURE that any adapter either has a step up transformer or most things have a switching powersupply on it say most computers can use just the basic adapter. i would say from my experience most adapters dont have transformers and cheap transformers crap out easily and dont give clean ...

I love using the sensory translator with my serge res eq. having the multiple bands of envelope followers and audio outs leads to some crazy feedback possibilities. have always been tempted to add another and a bark filter.

Re: Master CV Sequencer for patterned 'Automation' of FX (?)

I know you have not liked the look of the varigate but have you checked out the malekko Voltage Block? this kind of thing is exactly what the voltage block is made for and it has buried layers but is quite intuitive to use. I have been thinking about building a 16n faderbank for this for me to go wi...

Re: Good high gain / distortion module for m303

So my first thought are the Pre___ modules from feedback like pre CR r these sound stellar and are totally affordable especially if you diy. also i have been eyeing the happy nerding tritone for these kinds of purposes. But i cant recommend the R*S RES EQ !with styroflex caps! enough for general sig...

TBH i know its not your question but i would ditch the perfomance mixer in this small of a rack and get a mackie vlz or a zed mixer. they are easy to come by when you arrive and it will allow you more choice with your case.
