I need to reword my reply. I have 6 (each powering 3x84hp) and they work great. The problem is that the power jack that they originally recommended (I think this has since been changed, but don't quote me) doesn't hold the power plug snug enough. So if it wiggles it can cause your VCOs to go out of ...

I'm also struggling with my build. I have just completed a second core and experience the same issue of poor tracking like I did on the first core :bang: Everything seems to work well except the scaling is not good at all. Pitch is stable but the tracking is poor, no matter what I do with R9. It ke...

Tri in from osc-core - Sine out. The triangle-sine converters are added and not part of JH's design - and these are on the driver PCB. The double "jumpers" or connections are due to the two people who designed the PCB had different ideals on how it should be done, iirc. Edit: The switch is for eith...

Guys, the wiring on this thing is very simple and self-explanatory... There's a 0V pad on the PCB, you just need to run a wire from it to all ground lugs of your jacks.. Then there's pads for the inputs and outputs, you only need to wire them to the respective signal lug of your jacks.. I can't see...

Thanks Sixty n. Not sure where to go from here. I've been double checking the resistor values/ measuring them off unsoldered cores. Tried swapping out the tempco too. I measure the power supply voltage with the module in and out - no difference. I can try getting some proper polystyrene caps...not ...

I understand that you're going to make the PCBs available for DIY, but will there be any completely assembled systems available? Build a Eurorack version of this and you'll be hailed as a synth god (or at least a minor synth deity; "Crow, the god of LFO's"). :hail: You can always ask someone to bui...

The PCB should be slightly different since it has sync already and v/oct. But like the wave selection points and all that should be exactly the same. Wouldn't make sense to change it. I agree. So when you wired the jacks for those VCO outputs, were they just straight from the pcb to the jack or did...

Has anyone actually built LeftyLogic's boards yet? I don't quite understand the wiring. The individual vco wiring makes sense, but how does the driver factor into it and the free/track switches?

I got cheap ones once off ebay and they work fine, but I can't find caps that fit them for the life of me. They're off buy 1mm or so. Just enough to not fit any standard ones.
