Sounds awesome! What are you using to get all the noisy tones after about 2:30? The sustained pink-ish sounding noise is from the snare drum, a hexinverter mutant snare. I'm pushing the decay on the "snappy" part of it. There's also some DU-KRPLS getting more noisy around there, too. For reference,...

The disorienting sounds of waking up as a robot

The sounds that approximate the disorientation I imagine would be felt if your brain were downloaded to a computer and you woke up in a robot body.

This is great. How are you finding the Instruo Ts-L? I tend to dedicate an entire mixer module or VCA array to it in order to get the most out of it. Right. I was thinking of putting one right next to an ADDAC 802 VCA Quintet Mixing Console . . . done. Thanks! Oh yeah, the ADDAC 802 would be great ...

This is great. How are you finding the Instruo Ts-L? Thanks for watching! I'm finding the Ts-L to be very flexible. I love it for bass lines. It can do phat and snappy really well and then it can morph into crisp and somewhat digital sounding. I tend to dedicate an entire mixer module or VCA array ...

Instruo Ts-L and Tona in Ambient Techno

Some simple patterns sequenced up in the NerdSEQ going to an Instruo Tona (higher pitched voice) and Ts-L (bass). Then, Arpitecht driving Plaits. Tides is being sent pitch CV from Triad, but nothing is sequencing it - I'm playing that by moving the triad knob. I was going to write a sequence for it,...

Sarah Belle Reid's Postcard Project: "Timekeeper"

Sarah Belle Reid sent me a graphic score on a postcard as part of her postcard project and now I'm working on interpreting it to perform and record it. I'm posting my progress on Instagram, here: https://www.instagram.com/verzerren/ . https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/userpix2/35847_img_2581_2.jpg L...

Ok, so it took a little while for me to get around to making the second video in this series ;) Here I am narrating the creation of a patch for a dirty, aggressive, techno song. Sorry in advance for a noob question, is there a way to output a trigger to an ADSR from the digital gates on the TT? I'm using PD and trying to send a trigger to my Quadra. Yup, it has two "digital" outputs, which you can use to send gates or triggers out. See, here for some details on the interfa...

Here's number four: This one had a micro sci-fi story with it: A slow, dreamlike drone is joined, at first, by small points of incoherent artificial thought until an apex of synergy between machine and electronic logic bursts through, poised ...

synkrotron Thanks for the kind words! Yes, the "macro" sequencing is something that I'm still working on, too :) I think one thing that made things better for me was when I started sequencing sequencers (or at least sequencer parameters) with slower moving CV. For example, in this patch I've got so...
