Re: So how do you like your Verbos Scan&Pan?

I had one recently, loved the functionality but it was noisy as hell. Intermittent crackling on channels 1 and 4, sounded really bad when moving the faders and I would get random crackles when the fader was fixed. New module, anyone else have this issue? I am kind of gutted because it's so good on ...

study for self generating usta rhythm. lots of complex oscillator into amp & tone and fumana. sequence selctor switching stuff up. not a complete track but maybe still something worth sharing. Re: VERBOS ELECTRONICS

the DFP seems to be less featured in the recent verbos videos and showcases.often times its not even installed in the case. anyone knows if it will be discontinued due to vactrol unavailability or any other reason?

i always wanted to try this module out but never did...

Re: Frap Tools USTA

i suggested that feature to Simone via the offical feature request form on the website.

he answered and said that they are working on it but the problem is in defining smaller voltage ranges. right now you only have 0-5 or 0-10V which means 5 or 10 ocataves.

Re: VERBOS ELECTRONICS

I filled out the online form and just heard back from Tom after commenting on this thread. I'm going to go ahead and try using the new PSU and if the problem persists, Tom said I could send it their U.S. technician. I'll let you know how it goes :) great news! i hope your problem gets resolved soon!

Re: VERBOS ELECTRONICS

My Synthrotek Case Power plays nice with all my modules except for the Verbos Electronics Touchplate Keyboard. Sometimes the module spits out random quantized voltages every time a key is pressed. After reading this thread, I suspect the problem may not be the Verbos module, but instead my non-line...

Re: Verbos Multi-Envelope / non-disappearing click

i had the multi envelope and did not have any problems with unwanted clicks. in very fast settings with exp. response curve it obviously had clicks but not with longer attack etc.

but i mostly used it with low pass gates such as optomix or the verbos amplitude & tone.

Re: VERBOS ELECTRONICS

i recently experienced some unwanted pitch shifts / drifts on my Complex Oscillator. Already wanted to send it to Verbos for a repair but now after i unplugged an Intelljel Plonk Module from the power bus the CO works fine again....so it seems that there ae some incompatibilities with digital module...

i purchased a used module which came with just the sd card in the back and no factory samples on it. Should there have been two SD cards?

i have read somewhere that there should be a bunch of factory samples.

is it somehow possible to get these factory samples?

Quantizer with built in Attenuator

I never had a quantizer as i have sequencers with built in quantization in my system, but i am thinking of getting one for the Verbos Multistage. Wondering if there is a quantizer with a built in attenuator to attenuate the voltage range coming in before quantizing to a certain scale. thanks for help!

Control Forge is in the same general territory and is bipolar; you can design your own very precise behaviors, and it has some interesting features. CF is also big, only produces one fluctuating voltage (instead of four) and it’s a bit laborious. CF can process external cv, CF can sequence presets,...

It is not a power problem, and I don’t know why 10k noise would necessarily be. No other module in the same case has this problem and the HO has the problem no matter what PSU I use. It has been reported throughout this thread, audio files have been posted and I even posted an image of it. If you s...

yes you can randomize a current sequence. on the usta it means that it will then play a variation of the sequence you originally programmed. but it will randomize / play a variation every time it comes to the stages that have variation enabled. but what i suggested it to randomize pitch and gate val...

is it doable to have some kind of randomize function? for example on the stillson hammer mk2 you can randomize pitch and gate values to instanlty create new sequences.

or something similiar to the "math" function on the er-101?

i have a question on the cv inputs. on my unit they seem to be reversed. for example...instead of adding to the feedback with positive voltage it subtracts the feedback amount. is this a normal behavior? can it be switched somehow via jumper or something like that? any other owner of the module who...
