-esque: in the style of; resembling. (i.e. Numan-esque)

So yes, some of the synth sounds, in the two songs I mentioned, resemble sounds that Gary Numan employed on his albums. As a Gary Numan fan, I was paying you a compliment on your choice of sounds.

These all sound good. My favorites are 20170211 and 20170222. To me, 20170222 is the real standout. It just sounds ominous and suspenseful, great atmosphere.
