Re: Modules that need an expander to be really top class
IMO, if a feature worth mentioning has been banished to a jumper, then the module designer punted short of the goal. So you'd prefer Batumi without the saw output being able to output other waveforms, compared to the current solution? I’d prefer a Batumi that was larger with more on panel and no ex...

Re: 2nd Maths or Quadrax + expander
Quadrax seems kind of like an in between of Batumi and Maths with the control of the rise and fall...but minus all of Batumi’s many output options? Still appealing to me in that it can be JUST what you want it to be when one of your other workhorses is too busy. I’ll still need those extra attenuat...

Re: 2nd Maths or Quadrax + expander
Hmm. Was about to post basically the exact same thing only Maths VS Batumi. But now I’m eyeing the Quadrax, haha. Haven’t read the Quadrax manual yet, but does it basically allow you to select 4 of whatever shapes you want (4 squares for example?...which is what I’m always running out of with Batum...

Re: Expert Sleepers ES-9 USB Audio Interface
This module just sounds too good to be true, especially for macOS users! Thinking of cancelling my WMD Performance Mixer pre-order and getting this instead. It is. Changed everything for me. Merged my whole studio together. Highly recommend. Same here! It allowed me to tap in to my itb arsenal and ...

@mkdvb Agree. Re: Which old school eurorack modules don't get enough love anymore?
I've never owned Maths ... it's size, visual aesthetic & popularity (in that order) has always turned me off but I think one of the reasons it's so popular is that underlying Einstein-like simple elegance. I think that elegance is appreciated by many eurorack users & even (especially?) builders. Em...

Re: Beyond Generative: Seven months with one patch!
The best we can do now is to keep talking about the move and lobbying for the thread to go back to Eurorack. This should be easy enough. Quite frankly. not sure why the moderators would care that much.

Re: Beyond Generative: Seven months with one patch!
Surely there must be a way to resolve this. You are saying that no mods have even responded or given you a reason for the move? I think we need to continue talking about this until we get a definitive explanation. The squeaky wheel... What's the point of being a Super Deluxe Wiggler if you can get s...

Re: Best discontinued modules
Surprised we got this far and no one mentioned QMMG . Given the scarcity and environmental unfriendliness of vactrols, one can only assume that LxD and Optomix will be discontinued at some point. what makes them unfriendly to the environment more than other chips? It's the cadmium in the LDR. Inter...

Surprised we got this far and no one mentioned QMMG I thought of adding QMMG to my list, but wasn't sure it qualified given the limited run not that long ago. Re: MORDAX : DATA - Now available for pre-order
The demand for the Data far outstrips supply, so you’ll likely not find isolated stock anywhere, although you might get lucky with a used sale. I’ll echo the sentiment here that it’s worth the effort and patience to get one. I recommend getting on Mordax’s mailing list, and perhaps subscribing to t...

Re: MORDAX : DATA - Now available for pre-order
I’ve been searching all over trying to find where to buy one. I’ve even had 2 shops tell me they stopped working with Mordax due to lack of communication/orders being delayed over and over again. Who stocks these? Which shops have been getting them? How the hell can I get one? Mordax is a small sho...
