I think the bleeding is getting worse on mine.

Pretty strong bleed from high frequencies, the higher the worse.

Is there anything that can be done besides sending it to SSF?

The HO sound varies greatly between revisions, I'd check that first.

Re: Industrial Music Electronics 1991X-2 ROM Programmer Board?

I was told no but I can't believe it, there must be a way to read the chip on a computer and save the data.

Is there a way to DIY something similar for EOR and EOC?

The power supply might be the explanation but still, newer revisions don't have that issue.

Rev1 have ceramic capacitors, the whine drove me insane.

Also put a Rev1 next to a later version, you might notice a pretty huge sonic difference.

There has been few revisions.

First one has a grungier sound, less range, different paint.

Latest revision sounds and looks way better.

There is something written on the PCB but can't remember what now.

Nope, I didn't expect anything could be done. All parts just fell apart real quick, didn't feel like a defect, more like poor quality. Honestly, like the 4th or 5th time I used it one of the plastic clips to adjust strap length broke and my rig almost went flying in the subway stairs. The shoulder s...

The info we need is: is it the same subpar quality as the previous bag? You not answering my previous post is not particularly reassuring. Once again, one shoulder strap got ripped apart on first use and every subsequent use would induce tremendous wear and tear. And it's as waterproof as a diner na...

Can you please confirm it's miles above the quality of the previous bag? Shoulder strap fell off on first use and rain was getting in like crazy. Each use would make it look like at least a year older. Disappointed is a major understatement of how I feel about it but I still need bags for my mantises.

The storage chip is a Microchip 25LC512 in DIP package. It stores 32 sequences. You can replace it with a new chip, and back up the data to computer by using the Industrial Music Electronics model 1991X-2 ROM programmer board and a Microchip PicKit2. Do not insert or remove the chip while the modul...
