Re: Behringer Go eurorack case

maybe its a module tho? i had noticed as i racked more and more distortion modules, sadly they bring ALOT of noise into any system / case / psu (just like guitar pedals i should have known better :-D )

Re: Eurorack Beginner

that's a relief :-D
you could copy your clock for the delays for instance, or copy your sine wave (or fallistri) to modulate more than one parameter or try to copy the 1v/oct signal of the metropolis or your VCOs

Re: Eurorack Beginner

if i understand correctly you already bought some / all of those modules since you stated you already ''dove too deep''? my advice would be, write a few goals down and pin them onto your freezer. so you should define a clearer path in your eurorack journey. will probably save you a lot of money and ...

Re: Behringer Go eurorack case

i got no audible noise yet. but i will rearrange a few times more and update on that.

its totally possible and very easy to add a few sliding nuts. made some myself at work and now i can add all my smaller passive modules too :-D

all around still very satisfied with it 8-)

Re: FM Aid or a second VCO

Technically speaking FM AID uses Phase Modulation, not Frequency Modulation. The sonic difference is that the produces sound is brighter.

taken from the website

so its technically not the same as FM as you maybe heard already but nonetheless awesome. it can enhance any vco greatly!

Re: Behringer Go eurorack case

so i just got my behringer go case feels sturdy, lightweight, thinner plastic than mantis and overall lighter. the back stand is some kind of aluminium / metal wich feels great and a lot better than the mantis plastic stand (even though only one upright pose as opposed to mantis) sadly as the mantis...

Re: Kermit mk III - coming soon

would it be possible to use with harmonaig to let the kermit play 4 voiced chords? does it track well?
is the general use as quad oscillator just a small gimmick or can be considered a solid part of it?

Re: Best Euro Distortion modules 2020

i just got a viol ruina as well as a sea ruina from noise engineering. i have to say many of my distortion foot pedals have way more fuzzy aggressive gain. i use both for their filtering options as well as a little distortion that comes with them. i am currently looking at the god eater animal facto...

Re: Multiple Plaits system?

i have 2 plaits tune to C 2 and a third plaits tuned an octave up. so rocking 3 plaits modulated by nerdseq and voltage block is like having 6+ voices and the same time (the more the better is my religion :-D ) one going into the intellijel wave folder, the other into FM aid and the third into a del...

questioning mr.Bills sound design maybe redundant?

hey there my greatest inspiration in my music is mr Bills sound design: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vE5npWWqO94 i know it is too much to ask and very difficult to say but what would you say how did he made the sounds at: 04:40 - 06:25ca. i mean the sometimes occurring downward arpeggiated mid-ba...

Re: Travelling Jungle Box

want to put in a word on behalf of the NerdSEQ as a jungle sequencing and sampling POWERHOUSE. The built in sampling, probability triggering and retrigs make it absolutely HUGE for jungle, breaks and other rave shit. I've gotten a lot of mileage out of 7U 84hp and played more than a few fun parties...

Re: Introducing the Cylonix & Intellijel SHAPESHIFTER

i got a question! how do i save the beginning and end points of the preset stepper?
i once (months ago) set it from 0 - 13th preset. now when i want to sequence between 0 - 75th preset that totally works fine, but after a power cycle the module is back to 0 - 13th preset....
can anybody help?

Re: Where the hell is the Pico Drum2??

i am so excited for that module! comes in like really really handy. may be not as versatile in the long run, but with a little modulation i got a nice little glitch drum for only 3HP in my case. probably use one to also layer my snare or kick hehehe

Re: Need advice: Is this idea a waste of money? :)

i had a NE repetitor combo, modulated by voltage block (wich was clocked by integrating solum) combined in confundo funkitus the into integra funkitus and 2 branches. slap a few multiples and intellijel OR modules between and you got yourself enough gate patterns and ever evolving glitchy drum goodn...

im using nerdseq (with cv and trigger expander for drums and many more) in pair with sinfonion from ACL (because i don't have theoretical music knowledge and am really lazy to learn hehe) i also use planar 2, lapsus os, addac 306 and intellijels metropolis and voltage block to squeeze everything out...
