Re: Miasma: Function Generator (DIY PCB based on Befaco Rampage)

Is there a way to calibrate the miasma without help of an oscilloscope? Maybe by ear with the help of an oscillator? Due to self isolation I sadly don't have access to one right now... You can use the computer as oscilloscope. If not, use the ear. Try to get the "softer" possible sounds (triangle v...

Lovely artifact. Will you offer PCB sets/panels in future?
Yes, PCB sets are going to be available with two different panels
Mirror - white
Orb - black
Great. I will be getting one black when time arrives.

Re: Vortex Generator Build Thread

Completed assembly. From what I can see, everything is working. Lights flash, rise and fall knobs work as expected. Now I need to learn how to use it. Great. I would check the patch suggested in the first post. Also if you have plaits, try to interpatch it (outs of vortex to ins in plaits). Take cl...

Awesome reverse ingeneering that you did here. Just stumbled over another of your posts researching some benjolin things (since I just finished building an adaption into my own pcb layout) So I checked out your work! Awesome stuff! :sb: I think that's the direction I'm going. First I only copied ot...

"Yes, it earned the name Synth">>> :cloud: Loving your review and questions. Lets see. In the inside we have some equations like that: time*a*5+b*27-c*32; time=time+1; start again; Its a bit more complex but not too much. You can change the number of this euqtions with the pots. You can also change ...

So right is + and left is - -Fixed a bug that repeated program number 16 twice -Now it starts with program 1 lit (right led ON on start) -Solve...

Re: Vortex Generator Build Thread

Im ready to order boards+panel on eBay, BOM is ready to order on Tayda, now I’m wondering - Where is the Arduino code? Is source code available, or only a hex file? I send you the .hex file. Currently is closed source, but I will open it one day. In the meanwhile, I can send you the source in petit...

Ok, It´s done. Final version 0.9, both in source code and compiled .hex. When you press left button, you can have standard time with Pot 1 at 12 o.clock. The more counterclockwise you move the pot, the faster the time goes backwards. And the opposite for the clockwise. It still needs some fine tunin...

Two new modes added to Glitch Storm: -While left button is pressed, you can change the speed of the main timer up to x15 faster tweaking POT 1 -Also, while left button is pressed, you can tweak POT 2 to change the main sample rate, going for the actual 16384Hz down to 256Hz, so now you can tune the ...

Great!

It would be really cool if somebody mods the code so the 1st accent is a 4/4 trigger so you can have a techno kick always there. It should be trivial to program to somebody that knows Emily´s code (not my case)

Thank you for the cool design! Built a Eurorack version of this. Panel not finished yet, probably will stay unfinished for a while because I kind of like the look. Looks like the build was the easy part, because now it's time to learn how to deal with bytebeats. https://i.imgur.com/yg9JU5h.jp...

Maaaaan I love this module  It’s reminding me why I started building these things to begin with. It can be super fiddly, but when you land on a sweet spot it’s pure joy - I can listen to the rungler do it’s thing for hours. It’s doing that thing great modules do where you want to bang it agai...

It´s so satifying to see others builds on your babies  . Thanks for sharing!.

My preferered ways to connect the glitch is directly to a ring modulator or to a Steiner filter using the three inputs at the same time (all pass?).

I also love to use it to ping filters
