Saving/loading on intellijel uScale ii

Sorry peeps. This seems so obvious but I’m not doing something right and it’s driving me crazy. I’m simply trying to save a scale to one of the preset banks on the uScale. I hold down the save button. All the LEDS go green. I try pressing one of them. I’ve tried holding down one of them...I’ve then ...

I think this is my new favourite place on MW.

Hello chaps. https://soundcloud.com/ian-o-4/melentropy Last Christmas I spent some time recording improvisations made with one half of my modular system. It was a beautifully liberating experience, working within the boundaries of a single patch on selected modules. This was the noisiest moment...ME...

SPRUCHNUMMER - modular improv

https://soundcloud.com/ian-o-4/spruchnummer Hi good folks. Here's a little bit of a project I've called "CASE2 - subversion therapy". I basically took one half of my modular home for Christmas (Case 2) and concentrated on creating tracks with it. The result is a bit of an experimental exploration in...

:tu: good, now go lock for that thread here about different tanks for the A-199, they really change the sound drastically. I use a modded tank from a Fender Twin and it sounds brilliant.[/quote] Holy S***t! I have one of those - or something very similar in a UK built all valve guitar amp..its huge....

Thanks very much chaps. Tank removed. I made a nice little isolation foam surround for it, but keeping the springs exposed for those moments when i really want to wake people up. Cracking has, as suspected, vanished.

Thanks you. :tu:

Thanks guys - it didn't occur to me to put the tank outside - I'm more used to working with guitar cabs. I'll let you know how it goes.

A-199 Spring Reverb Crackling noise

Hi guys. I have a new A-199 Spring Reverb module all happily installed and working...apart from a crackling noise across the OP. I've sited the spring tank behind the module, as far away from the PSU as I can and have a pair of standard HiFi phonos running between between that and the module. It's n...

Arturia Matrix brute and Eurorack Noise starting question

So I've been working with the brute for a while now and have decided I need to get into Eurorack. I'm after some suggestions for populating a 104hp skiff with my first components which would serve me well in a relationship with the brute - which is semi modular in that it has various patch points. I...
