Re: modules with 3.5mm TRS MIDI jacks

Just received from Germany a FLAME QMCV - MIDI to 4 CV-Gate-Velocity Interface. Thanx. How is the QMCV working for you? The voltages on mine are slightly off and I‘m waiting for information on how to calibrate it. It seems to be perfect but i'll check it one of these days. Flame told me how to cali...

Yes, same here, would be awesome even if you could set panning and then if you switch to reverb control it would remember panning setting. It‘s possible now! Re: FIVE12 Eurorack Vector Sequencer

I saw the Midi CC options, but never gave them a second thought. The discussion here got me interested, though. I’ll hook up Vector to my Hermod and see if it translates the CC values to usable control voltage for my rack.
Any tips or things I have to be aware of when doing that?

I hope it will happen again soon.

I did my very first session using Sinfonion. Game changer. I dream of midi expander to send chords notes to polysynth synth...would be another game changer!
I think there is quite a number of us who share that dream!

Glitches/crackles with 2V / Octave

I noticed some of my voices produce little glitches/crackles, even without anything being modulated and going straight to my output. Turns out these come from Sinfonion being set to quantize at 2V / Octave. Everything’s fine at 1, 3 & 5V / Octave. Does anyone else notice this behavior? I wonder if i...

Re: FIVE12 Eurorack Vector Sequencer

I made that suggestion to Jim several times, but I don’t think it will happen soon. I also have Hermod and think it‘s a great companion for Vector. OT While looking for tutorials for vector on youtube I came across your jams, I love your music. Would you explain how do you use them in combination? ...

Is there a quick way of creating arpeggiations? Would be a nice thing to add to chord mode if it isn't already possible.

Re: E-RM Polygogo

Polygogo X through Rainmaker and Clouds. Y through Panharmonium, Freak Filter and Arbhar‘s reverb. I‘m using Polygogo’s built-in VCA hack which, for some reason, I really like. (I‘m only using X and Y out of convenience. I might as well have multed the same signal.) https://www.instagram.com/p/CGS5S...

Question to the hivemind. There are two interesting Bluetooth in-ear headphones being developed right now. Which ones should I go for? Do you see pros and cons? Re: Five12 Vector sync with Digitakt without midi-to-cv module

If you use only Vector as your sequencer and have the expander you won‘t need a Midi to CV module if the pitch/gate/velocity outputs are enough for you. If you want pitch and gate (& velocity) through CV for one or two more parts you will need an extra Midi to CV module (or CV.OCD) for that. If you ...
