Re: Passive tiny mixer-splitter for minijack tinijax banana

I'm afraid there's no 1/4" jack socket that fits. Maybe minijack-jack male adapters exist, or you can use a minijack gender changer + minijack to jack adapter. I’ll get by with a mini jack and an adapter cable. Will also keep an eye out for a mini jack to 1/4” jack gender changer or supplies to mak...

Re: 1979 MSV vs 1979 digital Resonator

The built in reverb that the MSV has is really nice and modulating it with CV gives nice spatial effect of changing distance. I’d like to try out the DR because if it’s compact size and alternate modes.

Looks great.

What does the auto tune function do?

Is it just a sine tone to tune to like on the minimoog?
At this point I think it’s just there for looks/historical accuracy and serves no functional purpose.

Re: More about the Drum Mode on the Orgone Accumulator MK2

Thanks Batchas, these videos are priceless. I hate to think how long it would have taken me to wrap my head around how the drum mode works on my own. The. Orgone Accumulator adds some serious firepower to my Scrotum Labs frame. Im now only 1FW away from having a frame filled exclusively with Scrotum...

Oooooooh! Send over the good stuff :)
Good choice. The 5U width is a nice happy medium. I currently have a 10U and am looking forward to upgrading to a 3 boat foldable case.
Would enjoy seeing pictures of yours when you get it all loaded up with your modules!

Re: Tickling the Music Thing Radio Music w/ Scrotum Lab

Thank you! And yes, that Kesako for Serge is very much on my radar! Highly recommended. Obviously you know about the sonic abilities but the panel layout/size makes a noticeable difference in making it even more of a joy to use. Plus the Reverb. Everything is better with Reverb. It really does a gr...

I have two of the Scrotum Labs Radio Music modules and more recently I got a Kesako Player + Reverb. It’s amazing, Batchas did a great job with it. Syncretism I always enjoy your videos, thanks ...

so is anyone using the dual four pole with a Intellijel stealth case? It was the Bi Phase Reissue release a couple years ago that was a licensed and rebranded Pi Phase. I own that version. I’m really curious about how this Bi Phase II would sound if A/Bed against the Bi Phase Reissue. Might have to roll the dice and grab one of these, if nothing else the new CV contro...

The Sputnik West Coast Random Source, NLC Sauce of Unce (265), and the Doepfer A-148? are some of the euro modules that get the closest (Verbos Random Voltage Source does too but is much more expensive than the others). Edit: check out the Q-Bit Nano Rand V2. It is a very capable random source type ...

Thank you SynthCube for helping me out with the OPA2604s for this build (also got a couple extras for future projects). I would keep the Arp 2600. The Animoo is still available at a lower price so in the future you would be able to pick one up as well if you want.

The cover could be blank and I'd still pay for it. My thoughts exactly, it’s what’s contained within the pages that is the treasure. I’m extremely excited about purchasing a hard copy, it will be infinitely better than finding a .pdf online. Not only is it easier for me to read a hard copy but it a...

+1 on Angle Grinder. Freakin' love that module. Maybe take a look at Circuit Slices dual parallel vco. Triangle core, tracks 8-9 octaves. I often use osc2 as an LFO. Solid, well-built, and no problems in the 9-10 months I've owned it. Nothing fancy, just a solid dual vco.
Circuit Slices ha...

Actually, I had sketched this up, though feel it could do with some tweaky (and haven't done initial tests on 2130 yet) Any larger VCO would likely be this sort of arrangement - I'd sketched out similar layouts for Expanded VCO a few times over the last years. 2FW_SSI2130_Oct20.jpg That looks amazi...
