Re: A somewhat selfish list of things I'd like to see Tom make

Actually, I had sketched this up, though feel it could do with some tweaky (and haven't done initial tests on 2130 yet) Any larger VCO would likely be this sort of arrangement - I'd sketched out similar layouts for Expanded VCO a few times over the last years. 2FW_SSI2130_Oct20.jpg That looks amazi...

Re: Human Comparator TKB Kit

if R*S don't do DIY I doubt it will happen. Serge asked me to pull my own synapse-article based sequencer because it looked so similar to the R*S one with the touchpads. That’s a bummer, I was really looking forward to your sequencer being available. I liked that it didn’t consume an entire panel s...

if it helps we have a fairly good supply of the OPA2604 here Do you still have an available supply of the OPA2604? I have gathered all the components for this build with the exception of the two output op-amps. @Dr J3RK - I’ll check out the op-amp you suggested. This might be a stupid question but ...

Re: [AVAILABLE] 4U Four Channel Scanner / VCA - LW format

That’s great news. I will keep an eye out for it to hit the shop. Would it take much effort to make it able to work in a Buchla System with +15v/-15v power, 0-10v CV, and line level (or whatever Buchla audio levels are)? If so I could see building one for each format. It should be relatively straig...
I'm very happy to see that there's still interest! It looks like Synthcube will stock the PCBs as soon as I can get a new run fabricated, and I believe Loudest Warning will produce some more panels, so they should be available soon. I'll be sure to post here when they are.
That’s g...

Does anyone here own both the VCFS and VCFQ ? I'm hestitant between the two. They both sound really nice but idk why i should get one rather than the other. (do i have to choose?) If choosing between one or what to get first get the VCFQ. That filter pinged is very much part of the Serge sound and ...

Check out Shakmat Modulars 1U modules, I think they come with both panels or can be ordered to fit your choice of format. I need more 1U space, mines all full but there are still a bunch of modules I would like to get.

Re: [AVAILABLE] stroh optogate lpg pcb, panel, kit frac

I think you're screwed! (Sorry :hihi: ) Whoever designed that panel made a mistake. Maybe you could try something silly like epoxying the jack to the panel though I don't know how well that would hold up. Personally I would just attach the panel with one standoff and leave the other hole empty, it'...

I wonder if that is the very same unit that sold on Reverb within the last week or two. I don’t remember the exact price of that listing but it was something reasonable because I don’t remember laughing, just being bummed that I didn’t see it before it sold.

Kind of what I was I thinking would happen with the Splosh and my Triatt. Tempted to order Splosh with the Clump 4x4 Matrix VCA, which has inverting switches on the outs but I'd have to get a new case, which I'm refusing to do. Throw the Sloths and Kermit at that combo though... seems like an absolu...

The Harvestman Kermit MKII (and especially MKIII) is a very cool multichannel LFO. I love the cross modulation and the variety of available waveforms. Plus it has bipolar -5v to +5v and 0v to +5v outs, very handy.

Is anyone aware if a manual for the Stillson Hammer MKI? I haven’t been able to turn anything up in my searches. This thread is making me really regret letting go of my Double Andore MKII. It definitely had some tricks up its sleeve that I haven’t come across with any other modules. One of these day...
