I don't know what it's supposed to be called, but FWIW, on Podular Modcast Episode 105 Tony refers to them as "Zero Control" and "Zero Coast" throughout, starting around 1:22:00. Later Tim says "No Coast" and Tony replies "No Coast" but then reverts to "Zero Coast" without correcting him.
