sample player with playback speed sync (and time stretch)

i am interested in building a little sub-system for sample playback, i do not need necessarily also sampling/recording capabilities or granularization right now. what i search is a module that: - can play one or more sample from SD (better) or from internal buffer with live recording - can sync the ...

Doepfer has a great line of quad modules, only quad filter is missing.
Otherwise you can go with 2x DPO, 2x maths or a combination of maths and function and 2x optomix or mix of optomix and middemix

I love mine, easy to use, few menu diving, meant for performance and improvisation much like modular... It's just missing a cv and gate out, but midi tracks are great

hex vca with less than 1 gain using only knobs ?

hello guys, i have a small skiff with hex vca and pico out and i have the following behaviour: when plug vco out directly to pico out i have a higher volume than when i plug the vco output in a channel of hex vca with the gain knobs at maximum level. this i think means that hex vca channel have a ga...

Check out the quad series modules too, especially quad vco/lfo or the new quad precision vco for massive voice stacking and the complex envelope generator.
Probably also the vc-mixer would be useful.

And get a serious eternal reverb and delay stompbox

usually eurorack modules outputs level are in the range 0-10 V or -5 +5 V
some modules although have a narrower output range, such us 0-8 V.

Maybe Tides and Peaks uses -5 +5 V while Rings outputs up to 10V and make you audio interfaces clipping

I have a 104 makenoise skiff where one of the sound sources is a couple of STO (being radio music thing the other source) and I found extremely good using a pair of STO. They are quit complex as single vco and can be a good complex vco together even you would miss sync, lfo modulation, strike input ...

I feel three big features are more missing :

- dedicated volume per voice at the mix output
- gate or trigger to toggle the buttons
- harmonize in minor scale too

please vote your favourite small system to use :-)

after gathering suggestion here and on fb, i come up with two design: one is makenoise only and based on assumption to use an external sequencer like the korg sq-1. in this, maybe i can swap wogglebug and STO for mysteron and fixed filter... the second one is designed to be self-contained. which is ...

Thanks for suggestion. My idea was to use hexvca as mixer but i can swap it for optomix and one function for some utilities or maybe swap the two functions for a maths. My other doubt is about not having a real sequencer. It shall ne self contained and brainseed is more a looper and anyway needs ext...
