Korg Drumlogue Hybrid Digital/Analog Drum Machine

I’m sure it’ll be lots of fun! Need to here more from the sequencer though. Not pleased with the sounds in the above video.

Re: Your Favorite Acquisitions in 2020

I picked up a few great things in 2020 but the best were the chase bliss PreAmp mkii and the Prophet 600. The prophet 600 has the gligli and pan mods. So many suprise sweet spots and new (to my ears) sonic territory.

Re: Mutton biphase ii still in stock

IIRC, these are basically just Pi-Phases rebranded as Bi-Phases, with Pi-Phases having been the one good Bi-Phase clone before the Pi-Phase guy quit making them. Further, the PCBs available from the guys at DeadendFX are also clones of the Pi-Phase, so you can always build an equivalent Pi/Bi-Phase...

Re: Mutton biphase ii still in stock

Any difference in sound between that and the original? This new one looks way more space efficient, and has a more practical foot pedal interface. If I recall, I had to modify my original to get CV in (and LFO out). I heard some examples from a namm appearance last year and liked it. Not sure how c...

Re: Mutton biphase ii still in stock

Tried to nab mine a couple of months ago and couldn’t manage to. So happy I had another chance. Also hoping anyone who bought this to flip one of these at double is sad now.

Re: Tube amp for Keyboard?

Dear OP,
You will be happiest with a small pa or monitor setup. If you wanted the amp sound You could always run it through the amp you have. I’ve found a speaker on the floor stinks for keyboard unless it’s a Rhodes or a Wurlitzer

Re: NONLINEAR LABS C15 DIGITAL SYNTH

Cool, thanks for the insight I think Unless Stephan gets back to me with a good reason to order from him then I’ll go for perfect Circuit. I’m drawn toward the Pear wood which is more red. In 2018 I was all ready to start the rent to own after talking with Stephan. Right then I was slammed with some...

Re: NONLINEAR LABS C15 DIGITAL SYNTH

I'm getting ready to order my C15 but I have some questions for those who have ordered them: I was thinking of ordering from Perfect Circuit here in California ($4999 plus tax) but then I'd like to order it from Stephan if there is a significant benefit to the company by doing so. Any opinions? Anyo...

That's good to know. One thing you can do is set a delay with the Mix at 511 and 0 feedback. A little more cumbersome but it allows you to shift notes around with a lot of precision.
Nice trick!

Re: New Novation / Aphex Collab Coming Soon ???

I’m guessing not groove box. Seems like afx likes to bring his flavor to mono synths... but an analog drum machine by him would be so good
