Yes, but I didn’t really care cause it didnˋt cause any trouble (I didn’t use cv to sampleselect or anything, so I don’t know if it would cause issues in this case)
Ta, have raised it with Erica

Re: Erica Sample Drum

Yo, anyone noticed an issue where when loading multiple samples into the drum, sometimes the sample number and the sample don't align? So you get to say sample 9 and then change the value to sample 10 but the sample stays the same, a bit further on the dial and then the sample changes but the number...

Re: New Erica Synths drum sequencer

You can send the 101 any clock you like but it doesn’t always seem to start right with lower res clocks or at least it hasn’t with the DS anyway.

Re: New Erica Synths drum sequencer

Yes, I always use a trigger to clock other stuff when I record. Plus it has that annoying bug that the 48pp setting is not saved so you have to set it up everytime you power up your case; so I just switched to triggers instead of using the clock out. Pamela can redistribute clocks as needed. [/quot...

Re: New Erica Synths drum sequencer

Anyone else noticed the DS clk output is erratic when in MID mode, even if the internal triggers are bang on and you have a good midi signal (Expert Sleepers ES5 etc)?

Re: rubicon2 dixie2+ clean sine?

What’s the spectra and waveform look like? There are trimmers that effect the sine shape. I have a rubi1 and dixi2+ and they have pretty clean sines but filter res osc is usually closer to a perfect sine.

Edit: sorry didn’t see the waves, I’ll have a look at home later

yo! Just got two of these and now I have 16 channel mixer with eqs and aux send for modular (mackie 1604) Boom! Anyway one question I have is, how rough can i be with the ribbon cables that joins the two boards together? I have unbalanced versions and I'd like em both flush with the right sides of m...

Yo! How do i clear all tracks at once in a pattern?
In pattern page, hold the key for pattern to be cleared + "clear" button
Ahh thank you! Awesome been driving me mad that one!

Brilliant! Thanks for the reply. One last question, in a polyrhythmic pattern with all kind of different lengths and meters on the different trig tracks, what constitutes the end of the pattern?

Hi, interested in one of these but I can’t see in the manual how pattern changes are handled and how if at all is the pattern reset? So say I have a 3step pattern on one track and a 16 step pattern on another, does the 3step pattern ever get reset or does it loop around forever, effectively independ...

I have the Korga2 but I would imagine it is the same here, take a look at the waveforms of a saw osc passed through this filter with some resonance, compared to a more traditional filter. You will see the resonance grows around the zero line (0v), rather than the extreme positive and negative values...

Just run a square in to a bit crusher. It would... still be a square. It's like trying to filter a pure sine wave and expecting it to change harmonically. Agreed, I thought a square wave would be basically a 1bit sound, extra bits shouldn’t change it. If the bit reduction happened after the Vcas th...

To echo the above, more vcas and ideally some normal ones (not just vactrols).

If you can get a vca that can also be a bias and an offset. That way it can be an attenuator and then vca if you need it later in the patching.

I move mine around quite a bit, but keep stuff in functional blocks as above. With the odd bits that don't fit anywhere where ever makes sense from usage pov. I try and keep modules that need a lot of adjustment on the bottom rows (nearer to me) and the set and forget stuff further away. I try to av...

Just a little tip for anyone getting random glitches from their DLD. If you find that sometimes the DLD seems, to very occasionally freak out in response to a very steady clock and then settle down again, as if you have suddenly changed the input clock to a really fast one every so often, then try t...

Keep in mind that parts, as set up with the 102, always contain all four tracks. You cannot easily use one track as a master track sequencing the part changes because it would be affected by them too. You might put something like a simple pattern chain together by dividing the clock down for one tr...

If you keep the input level low enough it doesn't do it but then adding a bit of hp res and it does, must be something to with the internal gain staging between the sections.

If you high pass a square wave the second harmonic comes in as you filter up.
