Re: Autechre

When they say that 2 albums are in the wings...are we all assuming that is 24 hours of new music?

Re: Autechre

Finally got a copy of Untilted on vinyl - it is absolutely mind melting, heavy bass throughout, instantly transports me back 15 years (?!REALLY?!) when I was lounging in the dark living room eyes closed, imagining underwater aquatic research labs feeling the pulses. Opening the sound up on a stereo ...

Long form glitch drone/fm beats

Good morning-evening everyone. I used a dfam, percussion sequencer, and pam's to drive rythyms. Voices are dfam, sv-1, akemie's castle, basimilus alter, erica vco. Effects are erbe-verb, mimeophon. Further modulation by quad vca, sloths, quadra, maths.

Re: Control (Brooklyn, NYC)

They are great! I preordered an Ochd from them through Reverb several months ago, and it had finally shipped to the store. Through no fault of theirs, as it had been several months, I was marked through Reverb as having likely received the module. As I did not appear on their list due to this Reverb...

Re: [ORDER] Euclidean Circles - LEDs with rhythm

So far so good on the soldering progress! Getting up through the IC's and onto the power header. This has been a very fun experience! Question: the supplied header in the kit was a 16 pin Anphenol header. The BOM calls for a PINHD-2X8 Doepfer power header. Is this another error, or a substitution? 2...

Re: [ORDER] Euclidean Circles - LEDs with rhythm

Hello all! I just received my kit build kit for V1.9 and am looking forward to practicing soldering smt. I am a little overwhelmed as this is the most complex kit I have attempted, and am confused re: the leds. They are all attached on a board, conveniently broken into individual sections. Looking a...

I ordered one as soon as it went up, only to get a message it was oversold and back ordered. Got my refund...I think I may put the cash towards an FM module and some effects instead...

Just got an update from Control:

"Just heard from Instruo and they have finally put them in production from the Covid delay. Best guess is around 2nd or 3rd week of May now. So not much longer!"

Re: Post pics of your euro setup! - RESIZE YOUR PHOTOS PLEASE

Brought in a larger case and added a 2nd row to my take home system. Taking it over to Pitt Mod Richard's tonight to connect clocks outside at a safe distance and perform on his livestream. This was a great stream to watch and inspired me to pick up the dynamic impulse filter. The bass drops and lo...

Hell synth - drone exploration

Hello all! For your listening, here's a 30 minute exploration with a heavily modulated PGHMod SV-1, a BIA that I got to sound like a devil's horn (with shrieking at the end) and a Roland TR8S laying some beats down. https://www.instagram.com/tv/B-774G6B7L8/?igshid=1njd1xz792fbg Feel free to critique...

Quarantine Video

With the pandemic happening it's giving me reason to stay in and work on music and continue exploring my new 9U case. I bring together two M32s, using a Cursus Iteritas out to a sample&hold and into one of the fillters, vca out to a Dwarf Star Stereo Delay (fun module) input1, taking the out to its ...

Re: [Available!] horstronic Buffmult 2.0

Thanks for the reply rsholmes! I may start with something easier then. It looks like there are components missing according to the BOM that were not shipped to me. I will likely start with something else in the meantime and try to source the resistors and other items.

Hello all! I am taking the plunge into building my first module and wanted to start with this buffered mult!

Are there any step-by-step walk-thrus I can study to reference on the way?
