wow a blast from the past :D Thanks for liking my drone. :guinness: Things diverged over the last 3 years and i split wave player and drone generator into 2 dedicated instruments. I still have some M11 around, but they are not part of my performance systems anymore. Pity they do not work well with m...

I think the people here asking for an E clone are well aware of the difference between it and the A. I want specifically an E not and A, being fully aware that it is a "little crappy synth" compared to the A. Edit: And that gives it it's charm in my eyes. If I am after the killer drone perfor...

Count me in for a clone! As long as it stays cheaper than getting the real deal. And personally i do not require a true 1:1 clone, as long as the front panel layout is the same (i really like the look of the e and it's faders) Same for the case, as long as the format stays the same, no need for all ...

Any news on the cloned PCB's?
I have a synthi e to play with over the summer.
And i fell deep into the ems hole...

my interest is in the e only, but considering how rare they are and how inflated the prices are, i think it's more realistic to try getting a clone.

Thanks Brother Theo! :sb:
i was wondering all the time what fucked up inch measure 4/40 is
Good to know how that reads for the future. As i have the same issue with fat panels for the enclave skiff. Getting the next set of screws will be much easier.

I can confirm that 4-40 UNC 5/16 length screws fit the PM Move Case. I didn't try yet on normal modules with thin front panel (not feeling for swapping all screws) but 5/16 works perfectly for the Bastl modules. The case will go Tuesday for two months on travel. In September i'll get a set of the sa...

Thanks lud, the reliefs a bit of my stress. I have the issue with Bastl wood panels, they are even thicker than acrylic ones like from Touellskouarn. For the straka there was the Thonk Alu panel available as workaround, that fix is not possible with bastl. I'll post pics of the Case/Screw/Module com...

Ok, i found a place that can send me the screws by Friday if the post doesn't fucks it up.

I took the risk taking UNC, seems that's the most common format used.
Inox hex screws 4-40 UNC 5/16 length

I'll post references once i have confirmed the screws fit the case.

PM Move Screws : UNC or UNF

Hi I have a PM Move 104 and run into issues mounting modules with fat front panels. I need longer ones. I know i need 4.40 5/16 (around 8mm long) screws. But the screws are avilable as UNC or UNF, seems the difference is in the thread. So are the PM cases using UNC or UNF threaded screws? Thanks for...

+1 :sb: I received the CVP-1 last week and it integrates very well in my setup. The detented pots are pure dope! No need to use switches to avoid the issue of not finding the true 0V position. @Low-gain: i hope you bring out a "classic" 4 HP attenuverter or 4HP attenuverter with offset module using ...

Looking forward to the CVP-1, it for sure find a place in my rack.

I dont mean to hijack but does anyone know how to get the yarns "aux" to accept pitch bend CC when in 2M mode? So i can use an external midi knob to sweep pitch. I got mine yesterday and did a quick test. I share sexcomputer's impressions, escpecially when it was driving a MA VCA. The response is quite snappy. And the gate/trigger modes are fun. Having something like a SW1 next to it is quite useful. However not sure what to think about the VCA intergation. ...

There are actually up to 5 distinct midi channels recognized.
1 for each part and a global Remote Control.

I do not have access to the MIDI implementaion chart from my current location, but if i remeber correcty it is possible to change a parts midi channel over midi by using the RC.

I got the Batumi yesterday, and i'm impressed with it. For 10HP it is a power horse and will be a central part of my live patches. Great as master modulator to keep everything tied together. Only downside is having to wait for the expander. Sync/Reset selection is something prefer having at the flic...

I was hoping for detented pots.

But your statement on the current draw and final production modules makes me wonder. There are already CVP-1 in the shops (e.g. EFN). Are these pre-series modules without the 5V normalization?

Ok, i'll place already a pre-order with my favorite shop.

I had 8hp left, with the Batumi extension down to 5.
If only 2HP (ever considered using a thicker front panel), there would have been space for a wee Tirana ;)
