Re: Behringer Roland System 100 clone

Any word on whether these use the CV and gate busses to have normaling like the original?
I may have missed the detail as I’m flying around, but that’s definitely one of the things that makes the original system an interesting instrument in its own right.

One of the best and cheapest is driving the Behringer MX400 mini mixer at max. It has a lovely overdrive and secondhand was $10. I pretty much leave my Avalon plugged into one. For true distortion I love the sound and tweakability of the Roland Metal Zone MT-2, it can get ProCo Rat-like without the ...

I've been revisiting this thing.. The big problem I am having is not being able to live step record. You can arm it for live recording and the external MIDI transport gets it into recording mode but when trying the same thing in TR record it doesn't start playing. Not sure there is a way around this..

Why not post your ethical views here? - https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=197682&highlight= All these Behringer gripes and defences are extremely repetitive. Regardless of how important one thinks it, the theme is mostly off topic to the gear being discussed and makes the thread fair...

Apologies if this has been mentioned, is there any announcement or discussion about whether these use the system bus for gate and CV? The panels suggest the functionality with the 'KYBD' markings, though they could be just copying the graphics. Would be a really cool self contained synth if the sequ...

It is bit slippery slope to allow x-rated material on thread that isn't really meant for it. Just imagine someone trying to introduce His/Her's modular hobby to family or kids. Yeah, there are NSFW sub forums here, with the implication that the others *are* SFW. An easy thing is to have the pic be ...

New house, new desk, new setup. Finally all the gear is clocked properly into the puter thanks to Rytm and the Wiggler who casually mentioned Overbridge's perfect timing :hail: - the Rytm is all sort of amazing but it's worth it for the sync alone. https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/userpix2/5523_im...

I was playing around with it as distorted mic. The actual mic didn’t have enough volume but the ‘ear piece’ speaker worked beautifully feeding into a small Peavey amp.
