Re: ELMYRA

I’ve got a bamboo box from Amazon, 6x9x2.5. I just measured, and it might be a bit small for the panel... I’ll know when the kit arrives. I was hoping the difference between US and German Amazon would be units of measurement. I got a set off Amazon from mDesign Inc. 2 boxes for about $15. They stac...

Too anyone that didn't know -- These are the shit! Much better than knurlies imo. Cheaper too. https://www.banggood.com/Suleve-M3NH1-M3-Nylon-Screw-Black-Hex-Screw-Nut-Nylon-PCB-Standoff-Assortment-Kit-300pcs-p-984310.html?rmmds=detail-top-buytogether-auto&cur_warehouse=CN How are these sharing fun...

Sounds like you need an OR combiner. Works like a passive mixer for gates, with diodes to limit the maximum output.
Does this exist as a eurorack product?

Google is my friend, thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Is there such thing as a reverse mult?

I am thinking of trying to set up a little drum/sequence patch which consists of a muxlicer and a SD1simpledrum, taking the gates out from the muxlicer to trigger the sd1. The part I am thinking of is how to get multiple gates from the mux into the sdd1. I know a multiple is not good since it will f...

Re: Neutron sound Dust of Time.

I am always a fan of getting what you paid for, and for a fairly expensive object at the end of the day, I can see getting those corners fixed. just how much closer it makes the window cutout to the switch cutouts is jarring.

all set

So if I sent you one of the first panels WITHOUT the holes for the tact switch, you're good to go with these. I'll figure out the panel situation tomorrow
Thats what I needed, thanks!

Re: Neutron sound Dust of Time.

no, the circuit boards are the same. the PCB PANELS are not. When I reordered the corrected panels (with the "CV" fixed) the tact switch ones were fine but for who knows why, they decided to cut the windows out of the click pot panels differently so the windows that should fit both versions dont. S...

Re: Neutron sound Dust of Time.

Clicky pots? :hail: I'll sort it out today. Problem is PCB place fucked up the unfucked up PCB panels and wont do anything about it. I can either sell the ones that have the messed up silk screen like the original seconds did with the current windows or run windows that fit these "fixed silk screen...

Re: Setup Feedback

Of the Zlobs, Sloth, Hexagram I have none. I have the delay pcb and panel, but that can wait. I am feeling the sloth-zlob-zlob combo at this point. I think there is enough in this rack to keep me twiddling for a while before I add a disting. Also my biggest concern is to get so many things that I ne...

Re: Setup Feedback

Oh! Wife takes second billing to the dog! :sstorm: Over all though this looks like a fun little rack. Probably more VCA's than you need right now and I agree that another VCO would be a plus. If it was sitting on my desk the changes I would make would be to get a smaller multi VCA like the on...

I was actually looking at the Zlob VCO also... If I got one sloth, would it matter between the short, medium, and long sloth?

Re: Setup Feedback

Looks like a nice plan so far. Only recommendation would be to rethink the stmodular delay. I've built a few for people in the past and they have a seriously low output, need boosting to get up to euro level again. Decent delay sound but I think smog has you covered and then some in the alternate f...

Re: Setup Feedback

Could you post a link to the modular grid instead of the picture? I can't really tell what the things are. And FWIW, not everyone needs a Maths. In fact, if you are into DIY, there are a number of other Serge-type dual envelope generators that are just as interesting. I love my Befaco Rampage, for ...

Setup Feedback

Hello all! I just wanted some feedback for my setup I am putting together. I am looking to make droney abstract types of sounds, and I piecemealed this plan together based on what I have read on the forums here. There are a few stipulations, this is roughly my budget ~1400 USD, I have a few of these...

Would you say this is a good size for most eurorack modules? I t seems a bit small, but I have never used this kinda thing before.

Looks great! I'm really wanting to get one of those to use instead of the one I have - how can I order one? I can't find it on your website (yet) - do I just wait?
It is on the Michigan Synths site already

Re: Neutron sound Dust of Time.

For anyone who is interested here is a Mouser cart for everything but the jacks, the display, and I left out the buttons/pots which could be the click pots. Also no knobs of course.
