Thanks Rico. This will help for the interm. Oh.... and panel thickness..... I'm pretty sure all 4U is generally .0625"/ 1.6mm in thickness?

Oh thanks Mateo, it will work, as long as I space rails correctly.. The rails I'm using have the lip begin where the vector rails end, so as long as the space between rails accommodates the added material for the lip, all is well. Cool! Im sure im 100% in. I played with hex's ming and had a ton of fun and have wanted on ever since. I have a company called art for the ears and have great access to lazer cutting so there is possabliry I could do panels, but not certain about the engraving aspect.
