Re: Make Noise 0-Ctrl

with pressure points it´s very fiddly to adjust melodies and once i get it right it gets detuned after a while. probably make noise still uses the same potentiometers for all of their modules.. if not for very precise tuning (due to lacking of a quantizer or does it have one?) it doesn´t matter and ...

Re: 3x MIA – Mixer – Inverter – Attenuator

ah, what a pity. but why is it so complicated? if every channel would have had one internal trimmer?
so the outcoming signal (level pot fully open) is kind of an approximation to the original signal?

Re: 3x MIA – Mixer – Inverter – Attenuator

Does unity exactly equal the input signal?
Looking for something where I can add cv to 1v/oct signals
or are there other options for this?

Re: Wave Multipliers VCM - smaller alternatives?

@johannes yes.. you´re absolutely right. the vcm in general is a great concept altogether and 18hp isn´t too much if every section gets used. i also can get someting good out of the third section. perhaps i´m just too lazy to experience the small pearls hidden in there. i don´t sell modules easily.....

Re: Wave Multipliers VCM - smaller alternatives?

oh, that looks interesting!

is this the one you mean? ES17 - VCM2 (7hp. couldn´t find any 5hp version)
has anyone tried/compared it to the random source one or tiptop one?

Wave Multipliers VCM - smaller alternatives?

Hallo, i really like the middle section of my VCM.. the VCA isn´t important to me as i have plenty and i never use the section below.. too much aggressive overtones for my taste. how close is the tiptop fold processor? and are there other smaller alternatives to the VCMs middle section? the folding-...

Re: Tiptop MISO

great module! with one flaw in my opinion.. if you want to crossfade between two signals it seems that you can´t use the other two channels which are left? my first idea would have been that unpatched outputs go to the mix-section (a/b, 1/2) and from there to the crossfading section. so for example ...

got the Brain yesterday and have a problem configuring the trigger-outputs. I´d like Gate 5-10 to output a trigger on ch.3 dependin on which note i play. But no matter what note i play every configured trigger-output (all 6) send a trigger at once. here is a screenshot: https://www.muffwiggler.com/f...

reanimating this old thread..

regarding the ES-3 ... i read that it gives out "cv"-signals..
is it also able to output gates and triggers in combination with cv-signals
or do i need an expander for that?

i had E560 and Warps.. for me the pitchshifting quality is totally equal on both and is quite okay in general but i didn´t like that both of them are absoluteley not fine-tunable when up to audiorate, that´s why i got a FSH-1, which gets me all the control from low to high frequency and soundquality...

I have two Maths (mk1 and 2) and had the ADSR VC2.. depends on what you want/need. ADSR has a different feature set, if you need these.. take it. I had a Intellijel Dual ADSR before.. didn´t like it at all. As my cv-needs are totally satisfied with Maths and i just wanted one/two normal envelopes i ...

having the res-4 for quite some time and having left it unused mostly, i ask myself if it works correctly. if you connect something (modulation) to the channel-cv-inputs (freq/bw/level) are the related knobs supposed to do anything? on mine they neither work as attenuators nor as offsets when someth...

Satinda, is it possible to get the circuit plan/schematic somewhere?
i´d need it for the technician.
