Re: Miso Modular Cornflakes

Any insights on what Cornflakes may or may not have in common with Arbhar? Currently I have a Morphagene, and I have been trying to like it for a year, but I have now filed for a divorce. One thing I would love to have in my next granular module, is a clear way of loading saved material, and I can ...

A module with a basic waveguide physical modeling setup, going beyond basic Karplus-Strong but more patchable than most physical modeling modules tend to be. waveguide.png End junctions have an output, a mixer with an external input and an internal feedback path that can be inverted, and a lowpass ...

One module I'd really like to see is a version of the Doepfer A-162 Dual Trigger Delay with voltage control of delay time, and a switch (or at least jumper) to select the delay range.
Propogate by SSF?
I think it's discontinued now
Gate Delay by Malekko.

Re: Befaco VCMC voltage controlled MIDI controller

You are right. Analog or digital is now a secondary question, al least for me. In fact, every trigger or gate in the analog gear “is” a digital signal (on-off). I should have said what matters: today we can control the DAW from the modular system. :tu: Btw, Chromaphone is receiving gates and modula...

Re: Befaco VCMC voltage controlled MIDI controller

I love that they say "essentially we control the DAW with analog gear" when essentially they are controlling the DAW with digital gear, by sending the DAW a digital signal, and since the chromaphone is just sending gates, even that signal could just as easily be digital instead of analog. Still cool...

yes I think so too so far, although the addac222 seems extremely jammable. I'm curious as to why there are no videos of others using these type of modules with hardware samplers? It seems like an incredibly powerful setup. Here's me jamming on with a controller this time, on the Bitbox Micro. This ...

Re: Sequencer less than 30hp?

The Modcan Touch Sequencer ticks all your boxes and smoothly adds far more. 21hp, four tracks, super easy to program, has 8 steps per sequence but can do up to 8 sequences in a song (which equals 64 steps, but with up to 32 repeats of each sequence in a song), can do polyrhythms by setting tracks to...

I just happen to have a Ladik Clock-to-MIDI-clock module for sale in BST. It will take any of your on-board clocks, like the Tempi, and convert it to MIDI clock. Simple.

There are at least two convolution modules out there. The c1 and c0 modules from Mungo, and the ERM-1. The Mungo can do real time convolution of two signals. Would that cover what you are looking for?
Thanks. Looking into the ERM-1, very interesting.
Sorry, meant ECR-1 from Tasty Chips.

S&H/T&H/Switches that 'reset' not rhythmically or on their clock input, but as regards their cv output. I hereby trademark, copyright and patent this idea. :slapfight:
Why not get a CV controlled switch? Or if you really need a custom voltage value for "reset" why not use a comparator?

Re: Update from Mutable Instruments on a DivKid youtube comment? 3 more releases?

What's worrisome about people being excited about an update to what is probably the most popular module ever produced? Just seems natural to me. Dunno, how about the fact that Clouds was a big release back in the day as there were no really dedicated modules for granular synthesis when it came out,...

Re: Module combos you can't live without?

The ADDAC306 Transitions module and the Noise Engineering Clep Diaz. Both are super at macro structures, so it's natural pair, but plugging the CV output of the CD into the 306 can really drive a whole system's narrative for a song or performance. All of a sudden you can quickly control various para...
