Re: DIY dotcom wiring harness

You need a special tool to punch down wire into those connectors, though. They make two different kinds, and the cheap one is just about worthless. You're much better off buying them from someone else pre-made than trying to do a few DIY. Or a simply little plate skewdriver is efficient for to punc...

Re: COTK 1680 Delay

A respons from Kazik who ll be helpful for someone who have some doubt about COTK modules.

"if the modules has a Molex connector then it is for +-15V,
with a COTK connector +-12V."

I guess some componants are not the same for Molex and COTK connector, but i don't understand why :?

Are you using a lin(b) or log(a) pot? Sounds like you use a linear one and should get more satisfactory results with a logaritmic one. I use a Log pot same to the Yusynth BOM and i guess it's not the real problem cause auto oscillation appear really fast on the pot range. Maybe i have a issue to th...

No, J4 sets the polarity (-5V to +5V versus 0V to +10V). Location J5 sets the attack and release time ranges. And on mine, putting a jumper across the two pins of J5 (shorting the two right-most pins in the row of four pins) definitely affects both the attack and release. No jumper, attack and rele...
