Just get an ADSR that has cv over everything...

Ex: Befaco Vc ADSR https://www.befaco.org/en/vc-adsr/
That one lacks CV control of the curve setting. :?

Re: MS 812 basics - what do I need to get going?

I'm thinking of getting hold of one of these. Please forgive my ignorance on the subject, I have no experience setting up Ethernet networks :hmm: I have a macbook and a wireless router. In order to use the MS 812 would I be able to: 1) Connect my macbook to the MS 812 directly using an ethernet cab...

Copy from an answer to the same question elsewhere: Actually you can do that in different ways. But if you want just to control the MS-812 Drum section, I suggest using MIDI over CopperLan. I assume that you can use the CopperLan Manager to edit MS-812 parameters and establish connections, do you? 1...

Any chance of seeing this same test but using a computer instead of the full hardware setup? Timing measurement is between two events: one when the signal is emitted at the source and the other when the result is available at the destination. This imply to have a trigger signal on the sender's side...

Ok, that doesn't sound too bad if I have to get the beauty case 8_) , but can it output midi notes, and midi clock also? Thanks! :tu: If you want MIDI notes and clocks as CV and gates/triggers, yes; if it's as MIDI signals on a DIN connector, no; for that you have to go for an AL-22 or AL-88. Regar...

Re: Al products output SYNC24?

Is it possible with a future software update that the Alyseum AL products could output SYNC24? :tu: The AL products are not hardware ready for such update; however, the MS-812 does it now. Actually, a single MS-812 can generate two totally independent SYNC24 outputs (coming from two clock sources l...

Videos

We're waiting for the release of CopperLan's 1.1 package to move forward with the videos.
There will be new features to demonstrate in relation with the MS-812, so that shooting the videos right now would be a waste of time.
Thank you for your patience.
We'll keep you informed as things unfold.

Features i would like to see: - Higher division values, currently only up to 1/4 note is possible. - More division values between the notes - A real-time modifier to change the clock division for a gate out. The upcoming firmware upgrade will include part of these requests. Thank you for your feedb...

- MS812: whatever you want but it is Copperlan, and requires a MIDI/CL conversion. No conversion is necessary CopperLan accepts MIDI by design. The MS-812 is such an amazing module that offers so many possibilities and I was wondering if there is a way to use it with MAX/MSP? I would love to create MAX patches that emulate other modules and use them with MS-812. Or just to use the MS-812 to output simple LFOs and envelopes. I bought the mo...

Hi, What are the possibilities now ? Thanks Right now, you can install the CopperLan Manager as you would on any computer and access the 200+ parameters of the MS-812 remotely. Musically anything that sends CopperLan from a wired network can play the MS-812. (bridging your iPad to a Mac by wifi and...
