Re: Sequential Pro 3
Interesting. This hasn't happened to me yet. I'll post a follow up is it does.

Re: 500 Series: Compressors and EQ’s for Electronic Music Production
I went with a Purple Audio Sweet Ten chassis. It's really well built and has a solid power supply. I'm really happy with it.

Re: 500 Series: Compressors and EQ’s for Electronic Music Production
The Louder Than Liftoff Chop Shops are worth looking at. Very powerful. Same guy that makes the Silver Bullet. The Kush Clariphonic 500 is an amazing tool as well. Couldn’t agree more on Elysia gear. As far as SSL bus comp clones, it’s tough to beat Audioscape selling an authentic recreation of the...

Re: 500 Series: Compressors and EQ’s for Electronic Music Production
Damn, that Zahl EQ looks lovely. I currently have a Dramastic Audio Obsidian for SSL style bus compression, an IGS Audio RB 500 ME Pultec style EQ and a Diyre CP5 mic pre so there's still room in my 10 slot case.

So sad. He was an inspiration and will be missed. Yet another reason that 2020 can suck it.

Re: Audiointerfaces with lots of inputs
After further consideration I bought a Lynx Aurora (n) 24 with the Thunderbolt 3 card and AES/ADAT option. Plenty of inputs and support for my ES-3/5. I'll likely be building Mogami/Neutrik D-SUB breakout cables over the long weekend.

received_564463754272824.jpeg I like your style. That’s fk’n sweet. Thanks. The Silver Bullet in particular is so versatile. I’ve had one of those on my list forever. But I’m debating whether I should just cherry pick a few of their 500 series modules instead. I think LTL is a phenomenal company cr...

Re: Rossum Electro-Music Assimil8or
Yeah, I dunno. Limits the use of the module in a performance case where space would be limited. A basic low cut at least isn’t a lot to ask and the modular concept is definitely a cop out. 8 filters take up a lot of space. I personally don’t have space for 8 dedicated filters for this module. In th...

Re: ALM Squid Salmple - 8 channel CV and audio sampler
Another vote for a CV expander. The ability to break out the individual channel outputs would be welcome as well but I imagine that it may not be technically possible in this case.

Re: NE Desmodus Versio
I bought DV when it came out also for the option to change fw's, but I liked so much the reverb that I have no interest to swap it anymore. Same here. Bought it when it came out and it will be staying as is. I’ve gotten way too many beautiful results with it to want to change anything. Agreed. It s...

I am running the Expert Sleepers ES-3/ES-5 combo that provides jitter free MIDI clock among other things. It's been solid for years.

Re: Audiointerfaces with lots of inputs
For those of you with 24 or 32 channel interfaces, how are you utilizing all of those inputs? I can see a use case when recording a "conventional" band with a large drum kit etc. but I'm interested in project studio applications with a focus on electronic music. Lots of hardware effect sends? Reduc...

Re: Sequential Pro 3
It's exactly what I had hoped it would be. To me it's an evolution of the Evolver. Gnarly industrial face punch.
