Re: Soundtoys Bundle
In addition to all the usual ones that get more attention. Primal Tap is amazing. I also use Microshift a lot. Primal Tap is a totally overlooked magic delay. The ability to use the division rotary switch to double the delay time, and, very accurately change the sampling rate makes for some wonderf...

Re: Buchla-Style Banana Touch Keyboard Clone?
Yes, that is indeed what I'm looking for but don't think it's available anymore. Maybe someone will heed the call and make one available again. Thanks!

Re: Buchla-Style Banana Touch Keyboard Clone?
There was this a while ago, but it fell off the map: https://www.modulargrid.net/u/other-unknown-jrb-touchplate- I shouldn’t have sold mine :waah: This too looks very good. Surprised nobody is making something along these lines available. Like a 2 module width Buchla style in a skiff or that could ...

Re: Buchla-Style Banana Touch Keyboard Clone?
There's a Keen 220 on the muffs for sale thread. Also, why not a TKB???? I am looking for something less costly and less complex than the TKB, more along the lines of the new Make Noise O-Control. Would also like to have it self powered if possible as I use two separate PS2A's, one for each panel a...

Buchla-Style Banana Touch Keyboard Clone?
I am wondering if anyone makes a relatively simple Buchla 200 style touch keyboard clone that doesn't need a huge power supply? I would like to possibly add this to my small STS Serge Modular system. Something with say 2 rows of tunable CV's, pressure and gate outs on banana? I've seen them in some ...

Re: Arturia CZ V can it sound like Satoshi & Makoto?
The answer is yes, absolutely. The Arturia CZ was partially programmed by Oli Larkin whose Virtual CZ is so close to the CZ-1/101 it can actually import original CZ sysex patches....it's an amazing softsynth. If you want another option I'd highly recommend Virtual CZ. It does not have all the bells...

Re: New Woggle Bug from After Later Audio
Yes, it's a nice feature set and small panel size. I helped Lenny at After Later Audio to tweak the design. It's based on the Erica Synths DIY Wogglebug. Very nice! I have a question if you don't mind: Does it offer the random "Burst" trigger/clock output? The MNoise provide both the continuous clo...

A Small Verbos System vs. Reliability?
I've designed this little Verbos system to do 99% random things, no techno or melodic stuff. I think it would be pretty powerful but I seem to be reading more and more about issues with Verbos reliability. Sending anything across the ocean to Berlin is very low on my hit parade. Any current feedback...

Re: Buchla 266 Source of Uncertainty in Euro?
Frap Tools Sapel, which is directly inspired by the 266 and is somewhat like having two them, in fact. Excellent module / manufacturer as well. :cloud: Thank you all for the very helpful information. I had a Woggel Bug but it's random outs were not as I expected...though it's a very cool module. It...

Buchla 266 Source of Uncertainty in Euro?
I'm looking for a random module that will provide the following: - A smoothed fluctuating random voltage, more than one would be great. - A stepped fluctuating random voltage, more than one would be great. - Random, non-correlated triggers, one would be enough. I'd like to use such a device with my ...

Re: What Happened to Foxtone?
Yes, and it's been that way for months now is the point. Right...many, many months. A business rarely shuts down a website while they build another in parallel, do testing and at some point cutover to the new site. Totally shutting down with no ability to order is not a great sign, thus my query of...

What Happened to Foxtone?
I did a search and did not see anything here, maybe I missed it, but Foxtone's website was down with a note and an email address...now it's gone with no email address. Anyone know the story, do they still own Buchla? Not looking to stir controversy, just understand the continuing shifting sands...

The unit is sealed (and as far as I know) cannot be opened without damaging it. Others may have a different opinion and info. Not sure how'd you saw through the sides as you would an Avocado etc.

I purchased a 21 x 17 Centurion aluminum case off ebay for $50... fits great for me as I wanted a little storage room on the side. I did need to add my own detachable hinges however for the lid... I like the space on the left (which was originally used for the Music Easel's power supply) to store/c...
