I made my Music Thing Spring Reverb (Mk 1), some time ago but never got my Tank to work so put it aside. Recently I got hold of the Reverb Brick and re-configured my module for the brick. When I turned the "Blend" fully CW and got the Wet/reverb effect, it was quite distorted. Turned the trimmer as ...

Here's a follow up on this eBay seller. I bought 2 MN3004 chips from him for my Jupiter 4 Ensemble effect, plugged them and lo and behold, the chips worked!! :nana: And since I'm the 2nd person here to report a working MN3004, I guess the seller does sell the genuine chip (at least for MN3004) Thank...

Which is the gain resistor again to increase the Shell gain? (Noob here) :despair: Thanks elmegil! There are two things at work as I discovered: 1. If your ring mod depth is zero, you want to turn the ring mod balance up all the way for maximum "shell" amplitude. 2. The original mixer stage is very ...

Substituted quite a bit of NP0 ceramics for those specified as mylar/poly. And I was missing 820 pF capacitors, I used 1 nF for C1 and C2, so my noise filtering is a little lower in frequency, not yet sure if I care. Actually, I decided to switch those to some 680 pF ceramics I had, I'd rather have...

MN3004 chip

Hi,
Does anyone here have, or can point me to someone who sells, MN3004 BBD chips?
I'm in need of 2 for my "Ensemble" effect in my Jupiter 4 synth.
On testing these chips off a Juno 6, the Ensemble effect worked, so it's definitely the MN3004s that are busted

Just finished building 2 of these successfully. Not much issues with the exception that I ended up using 250k Lin pots instead (which wasn't much of a problem as well). On testing it, I realized a good thing from the stated "limitation" is when you slow down the attack and reach this "limitation", w...

Recommendations for Doepfer compatible 15V AC power adaptor?

I'm looking for a source to get a few pieces of Doepfer compatible 15v AC 2.5A power adaptor, UK-type mains voltage (230V)
