Yes, I did email him but have yet to hear back. He's a great guy and always lent a hand in the past.

This is one of the worst that I have seen... and I've done a lot of re-working on the board and gotten patch storage working; but I can't seem to get any triggering from the keyboard.

Korg Poly61 trace map?

Hi guys, I am in the middle of restoring yet another Poly 61. This one has the worst battery damage of any that I've restored previously. I am badly in need of a trace map. The scan from the service manual that I have is badly pixilated, to the point of being pretty much useless. Does anyone have a ...

PIP, I reviewed my records and I have no record of ever doing business with you.

You make lots of allegations; and maybe I missed something (and I'm certainly willing to accept that), but when/where/what was the nature of our business?

I made a big mistake. I did not review technical photos prior to sending them and that is the root cause of this situation. I am terribly sorry for my mistake and error in judgement that caused all of this. I did a bunch of business with Josh in the past (years ago), and I thought that this module w...

This has all gone way, way too far. I did not build this module; nor did I inspect the photos before sending them on at the request of a local trader who I have done thousands (even 10s of thousands of dollars) of deals with in past years. I am also not the one who implicated anybody else in this (I...

I've owned a few H3000s over the years, and one Eclipse.

The H3000 sounds like a record. The Eclipse, considerably less so. Let's just say that my H3000D/SE is going nowhere fast but I dropped the Eclipse like it was hot.

^^^^^^ I hate to be so negative, but its this! I do see the value in opening up beginners to a "real analogue synth" at the sub-$1,000 price mark. So, for you, it's not a reai analogue synth ??? Well, I mean, it's OK... pretty good even. I'm not criticizing; just stating that the projected end-user...

Guys, I dunno. The demos I've heard, and admittedly that's exactly two, sound kind of thin and weedy (DCOs). While being billed as "Juno-esque", it lacks the warmth and presence of the Junos; even without the chorus engaged. I haven't fully formed an opinion due to limited demos, but that's what my ...

Neither. You'll need a midi splitter for the TVP + SEM pros--something like the MidiPal--or a 4-output/channel Midi-CV interface for the SEM patch panels, like the Kenton Pro or Encore Expressionist. TVP doesn't send extra channel info. Yeah, that's what I was afraid of. Sort of sucks big time--' T...

Best way to increase polyphony on Oberheim Two Voice Pro?

Hi guys,

I'm still trying to figure this out...! Do you know which option would get me 4 voice polyphony:

1) TVP with 2x SEM patch panel

2) TVP with 2x SEM-Pro

Any explanation would be helpful.

Thanks in advance guys!

Um, 259r can be calibrated to 1v/oct like all other Roman clones

Yes as mentioned above, you would have to solve the -12V issue. This can be done by modifying the 259r. PM for details, should this be of interest.

I have one coming (lost mine as well!), so once it gets here I'll report back the polarity. I, also, looked for that info. and couldn't find it anywhere.
