Re: Rozzbox One V2 power supply

I've pulled my Rozzbox PSU out, it's the same diameter as a Boss pedal, I tried fitting it in, as I don't have a micrometer to measure accurately, and it fits. Mine is +15V 4.33A, positive centre, I tried to attach a pic, but can't work it out, PM me with an email address if you'd like and I can sen...

Re: Twisted Electrons MEGAfm

Hi All, confirming mine has now arrived, all good, only just plugged it in, so nothing to add to the discussion yet. Great that it's here though!

Re: Twisted Electrons MEGAfm

Quick update, Alex dropped me a line today apologising for the delay and saying the synth is ready to ship. I'll report in, but looking much better!

Re: Twisted Electrons MEGAfm

I've had the same 'pay for it, receive the automated order confirmation, then radio silence' treatment for well over a month. Not feeling great about that TBH.

Re: Twisted Electrons MEGAfm

Does anyone have a working contact mail for Twisted Electrons? I ordered a MegaFM over a month ago, received the 'we've got your order' email, but nothing since. Mail send to the standard info@twisted-electrons.com asking foir a status update has not been answered... I don't mind if it's delayed, as...

Anyone know of cases for suitable for Ciat-Lonbarde?

Hi all, I have a few CL synths, and I’d like to take them with me when I travel, but i’m concerned that they may end up bashed as there’s exposed pots and small switches. Does anyone know of any cases which may fit them? I have a dearcocodeer, sidrax and tetrax. Of the three it’s the dearcocodeer I’...

Thanks, jorg, I'll try pinging the author if nothing comes up here. It's a pretty interesting area in general, weird speakers, I'm not sure if there's a company which specialises in them? The Voix de Luthier thing looks great, I wish I'd got in on the Kickstarter now tbh :bang:

I dealt with old BEMI and the new Buchla, Marc has been amazingly responsive, can’t speak highly enough of him. The old BEMI days were horrendous, so hopefully it’s just a temporary glitch. I wouldn’t normally comment on a thread like this, as I’m not sure I’ve much to add, but I wanted to give a sh...

Can anyone make a Palme Diffuseur?

Hi all, A long shot, but I figured this is the best possible group to ask, can anyone here make me a Palme Diffuseur for my Ondomo Ondes Martenot? Or maybe somebody knows somebody who can help? It’s this thing.... https://thekingofgear.com/post/97310190665/building-your-own-palme-diffuseur-updated I...

I've run my modular as a 6 voice poly. I'm using the Analogue Systems RS-370 Polyphonic Harmonic Generator to handle midi to CV duties, and Analogue Systems 2xRS8000's full of AS modules to handle most of the heavy lifting. On top of that I also have another big case to fill any gaps. So, it can be ...

Just listened to the demos, and as above, it sounds nothing as in NOTHING like a Synthi. I'm lucky enough to have an AKS and a VCS3 at arm's reach to attest to this. :help: Despite the somewhat weird sixth form political ramblings above, I can also confirm that although I have access to these great ...

RIP Mike, I wasn’t close to him, but we did converse on a few things. He was always great. Thanks indeed for creating this amazing forum, I certainly feel a debt to him, my thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Admins: if there’s anything we can do to support his family, I’m in.

Great to see Analogue Systems getting some well deserved mentions, I have 2x RS8000s as the old core of my setup, with the RS370 Polyphonic Harmonic Generator it’s possible to set the lot up as a 6 voice poly. :help: They may not be the wackiest of modules for bleeps and stuff, but they sound GREAT....

Me too :despair:

In all the videos I’ve seen of Kijimi it seems to be malfunctioning or presented in a sub optimal way.

I have a DD, love it, and would be seriously into something which comes close to the Kobol, but they sure aren’t making it easy for me to give them my money!

Hi All,

I'm lucky enough to have recently picked up a Buchla Thunder, but I don't have the manual, so I've no idea if it's even working properly, apart from lighting up!

If someone could share the manual that would be great!

Many thanks

Just coming back to this, in case someone searches in the future. Papz 's suggestion worked, just by swapping those 2 4013 chips in IC6 & IC7 on board 1 the problem seems to be fixed. I'm pasting in the board here, for anyone else who may face the same thing as a purchaser as opposed to the builder....

Quick add to this thread, 2 years on I'm still loving the 4000D, and it's my go to keyboard for writing stuff, ahead of a bunch of others.
