is some form of the Teletronix LA2A
I use the Universal Audio stuff, but I wouldn't start in
with that platform just for the plugin, everyone makes one.
Smooth, transparent and solid compression.
It's hard to go wrong with it.

Live patching, interviews, Q&A etc.....
