built the variable slope two days ago.. very satisfied with the results.. the only thing i wasn´t expecting is that turning the slope clockwise also increases the resonance quite noticeable. everything over 1 o´clock is too much resonance for me when looking for a steep slope with no resonance, but...

My only recent DIY. I made a couple of CD quality, Polyphonic (up to 14 tracks/files at once), Stereo WAV players based on the Sparkfun WaveTrigger PCB from Robertronics. Very easy to build. Just had to remove some jacks to wire directly to the PCB. The PCBs are only ~$50 so the whole thing was ine...

CGS36 makes the most sense to me. You could leave out the 1k to ground (divider) for a higher voltage output, if you are like me and like your gates 10V+.

If you just want to be able to combine gate outputs easily (mult/stackables), use diodes on the outputs.

Are the flip-flops normalised to chain? I guess you could just patch them anyway, and this would work as a 4-bit shift register. No, they are not normalized in a chain. The original plan was to form a divider by default, but that would create a UI annoyance when you wanted independent flip flops (w...

I will make a proper demo video when I can. I have been pretty busy with R&D lately.
I do have a video of a prototype. I can send you a private link if you can't wait. PM me your email address.

itijik toggle!

Introducing toggle! Toggle is a quad flip flop with a normalized logic inverter per output. Have you ever used a whole clock divider for a simple toggle function? With the toggle you can use one just one flip flop section to handle this and have three more to spare while saving your dedicated divide...

Ultrabrights are great for reducing the required current at your desired brightness. I can't imagine everyone actually wants their LEDs as bright as some are, but I could be wrong. I think some may be calculating to spec instead of figuring out what brightness would be more pleasant during (long) us...
