New 1U Tile case.

I use the Schroff threaded inserts in Vector rails too.

Aluminum cuts very easily. I use a table-saw with a cross-cut sled, but a hacksaw with a miter box will take no time at all.

The threaded inserts are stainless steel so need to be cut with a hacksaw.

They look awesome. Count me in. The price is about right. I just ordered a pile of 15cm servo extension leads for the store. I use 60cm extension leads to run power around the workbench when working on stuff.

The main issue, specific to 1U is that most 1U tiles have the shortest power cables!!! Yours especially THX2112!
