That's great! I'll give it a try.

Both in the up position separate the pot from the middle jack so they can be used independently. Pot controls the division ration and jack can receive a reset signal.

Both down connect the pot to the middle jack so the pot's function (division ratio) can be CV controlled. Reset is disabled.
