Hello Shnth friends! I'm looking for tips and tricks with the [lights] opcode... I just started trying this out recently and wondering how you use the binary approach? I thought it could be useful for indicating patch number. Tuned out proving I'm not smart enough to memorize binary numbers for pas...
Is it noisy in 'delay mode' as well? Then definitely something's wrong I think. Try contacting Peter, he's usually responsive; maybe busy or something at the moment.
you like rolzer, right  https://youtu.be/qzb_fnp6b7U rolzer - listening to rolls directly I’ve been wondering what raw rolls sound like, for i’ve always listening to them via ultrasounds of the Plumbutter. I never thought of putting them to coco till now - maybe disadvantage of every gear i...
why does it feel like the ultrasounds have some influence over the MWTRS even when they are not patched together?? i think it's the quirkiness of CL gears happens regularly tho not quite reproducible in a sense (well maybe logical and predictable if you can trace and memory what's happening precise...
I'm not able to comment on the circuit level but on my plumbutter2 rollz basically makes pulses and barely audio. there's no banana jack for audio mixer on the butter anyway. voltage-controlled rollz, like on the butter don't go crazy as much. on the other hand non-voltage-controlled rollz like on t...
I've decided to live with it... I mean, mine still has difficulty completely clearing left (or right?) buffer upon 'clear the buffers' sequence but recording something on it diminishes the noise at least to the level not annoying. it's not a hifi looper/delay anyways
you've got more time for watching tutorial vids and learn shLISP seriously, it's not shallow at all, learning opcodes beforehand would pay off the time!
hey all - just got my sidrax in the mail today. box was a bit dinged up and sid was sorta... cavalierly packaged. a couple of the barres seem a bit loose-ish which is irksome. im not sure if this is worth writing to peter about but also not a huge deal for me. mostly im wondering if this audio grab...
I just realized that the voltage starve feature on my secondhand Meng Qi Rollz-5+ doesn't work at all and I was not too stupid for the device after all  So I desoldered the 1k pot and it looks as if it's broken and "stuck" at around 1k resistance. Maybe that was also the reason why I couldn'...
What do I use the ground for? Just a bit confused lol From the manual: Special Tips ● The COCOs can already go down to low speeds resulting in ghostly, ghoulish sounds. To take them even lower down to about 1 Hertz (!), follow this recipe: plug the ground cord, banana plug, into the ground outlet o...
mwrs is a trigger/gate sequencer. take an orange of 4roll and input it to the green (clock). connect one of oranges to the green for looping. now press the red button. once it's working, it's very simple. (after you get how it basically works and got bored, time for idiosyncratic (sort of) behavior...
