PCB identification help please?

we THINK this might be a frac-format Time Machine PCB.. anyone with a Time Machine able to validate that for us please?

Yep, definately.

Just as stated right above of U2 4013: it is a TM2050 Rev B board.

IIRC John sold some bare boards when the MN3005 was in short supply and the TM was going to be discontinued.

Yes, that's the final revision (B) which incorporates the two mods:
"Negative CVs into Time Machine Delay Input"
"Overloading the Time Machine Audio Input"
