Has anyone found suitable pots to use in place of the discontinued Panasonic's? Was thinking of the right angle 9mm Alpha's, but obviously they don't have brackets.

Picked up a PCB and panel set from Synthcube. BTW, they are shipping Rev B of the oscillator, that may not be clear from the picture.
[Edit: Synthcube has since removed the Rev A picture and added the "Rev B" designation to the description.]

It is intended (but not yet initiated AFAIK) to "port" these to Euro, so we'll find out what it takes when we get there

My expectation is that there would need to be some parts substitutions, but I haven't studied the schematics very closely yet.
