Thanks for posting these, although I'm not currently building any of those modules, it's always good to see other peoples layouts & designs.

Might I suggest making this a "Sticky" so if other people upload/link their designs, everything would be in one place?

I know a few folks have converted their Miniwave into 1FW, anyone care to share a FPD?

Would be rad!

Sorry, my mini-Mini-Wave has a handmade panel.

FPD stuff looks classy as hell though,
especially when you need slots cut for faders or other non-circular holes.

Here's a panel I did for the Mattson VCF a while back...for Alpha pots and 16PJ012 (or similar) jacks.

These are great. You can also join the Yahoo group "modularsynthpanels" to see and download other panel designs and upload your own.

I think I used the little Java app on the Schaeffer web site to generate the scales.

This is really nice to have, I was thinking of building that wave multiplier, fabricating the panel was the only thing holding me back!

A modular synthesizer is not a musical instrument; it is a spiritual ham radio.

Eurorack is the sprinkles on the 5U donut.

Hmmm... been dabbling in Electronic music & DJing for 25+ years. Collector & curator of a fairly large vintage recording studio. Ran a couple record labels featuring DJ ESP, Hakan Lidbo, Jacob London, Martin Venetjoki, Vitamin D, Chris Anderson, etc. and licensed to greats like Carl Cox, Dave Angel, Chris Simmonds, etc. Oh yeah, I'm also a builder of D.I.Y. electronics junk, including a mighty fine modular synth.

Just wondering if anyone has a done a frac format Tabula Rasa? If anyone has a .fpd file they could post for it, I would be eternally grateful. Alternately, if there is a .fpd file for Euro floating around somewhere, I could adapt it to frac pretty easily. I've searched and not found anything.

Does anyone have a Frac format .fpd of the Living VCOs? I managed to get hold of a PCB, it would be good to get some layout ideas before starting to build up the PCB.

No, but these old pics might help with inspiration.

I'm in the same boat.

found this on my backups of the modularpanels yahoo group files.

seems its for euro but with a little FPD copying and pasting that can be sorted. :hihi:

Also it seems a lot of things were in Cyrilic (!) and I had changed them back into English saving over the original

anyway here it is perhaps it will be of use...

Also sorry if that is not the file for the living vcos but i think it is...

Speaking of panels....

Does anyone have FPDs or any kind of panel design really for

1FU Blacet Window Comparator
1FU Blacet Mixer/Processor

I know that John Blacet at some point shared a "CAD pdf" for one of the two...

I have done 1FU: Window Comparator, Mixer Processor, I/O, and Mini-Wave.
No FPD (all made by hand).
I can take fresh pics if you can't find old ones on here.

In general the hole pitches should follow the typical measurements on the example typical panel that is on the Blacet Tech Corner page - so 0.75in/19.05mm between centers vertically.

The not so easy bit is where there are extras on the panel, like the LEDs on the WC, and the offset between pots/jacks.

I think the Mixer / Processor could be approached like that. thanks for the idea.
im getting a small digital caliper soon and i will go over it as well (to get the led holes right as well) and try to knock something up

The WC being not so standard is over my head for the time being
so I will let it be fabulous on its spacious 2FU space as it has been up to now
