Hardly one year into modular... it all started with a neutron which by now had to leave the case again and is back in it's original habitat.

No problems so far, not even when i had the neutron in there which was a bit pushing on the power supply, It hardly maxed out one of the zones...

Nice selection of modules MvK! Do you feel like the E300 compliments the VCO6 well?

Just rearranged the whole thing. A couple modules are at the doctor ATM and one is in the mail tomorrow. The three rows on the right side are portable cases, each is selfcontained and a system of it's own. Two of them for sound while one is control only. There is a Dark Time and/or a MPC One to go out for a walk with these too. The empty upper row is left for EuroSerge probably.

It's very wild and not really structured on the left side. a lot is here because I just like the individual module. It might would benefit from a bit more of a concept and streamlined overall design.

Last shot before Beads comes to join the family. Typhoon just left to go to a loving home.

Also got a neat little case to go near the drums. I’m hoping to figure out a way to control it with a Nord Drum. At the moment it’s being sampled and controlled by the Digitakt which is way more fun than should be allowed.

thx! Yes, absolutely. Its a wonderful combination because they are both very different. The e300 is a bit simpler in the best possible sense. A completely stable and precise workhorse, the fm is very smooth und superuseful. The vco-6 is more "creamy" and the pwm is unbeaten. The e300 is a bit louder. Together they make a great bass. In the pictured patch I use a 2nd e300 in my leadvoice together with the D-LFO (underpraised dual osc) and the Generate3, also a great combo. Right now I'm uploading two videos with that patch.

Here she is in her current state (well except the Morgasmatron has went to a new home), I am waiting on some new filters and oscillators to play with :) Sorry for the crappy image quality

That's a sweet setup! Like the little shelf u made to give u enough room for the larger flat case.

How are you using that launchpad-like controller?
Don't believe the hype.

Here's mine. Just started a few months ago.
I use my cello to play with it.

An Erbe Verb is on it's way.

Considerations for the last gap (13 hp) are an Basimilus Iteritas Alter, or a quad vca (veils or from Intellijel).

Finished my upgrade from 84 to 104HP, Mutant Brain arrived earlier this morning, I'm so stoked! Now I can ditch the KeyStep that I used as a clock and get a little bit of desk space back.

Completed Eurorack synth.jpg
This is it, the synth I'd planned and budgeted for. I know it's only a tiny thing compared to most, but this one is mine, does what I want, and has semi modular and fixed path friends to play with. No more window shopping, I can't afford to keep buying modules, I'm going to squeeze every bit of juice I can out of this before I consider expanding. Anybody want to buy a surplus tin of 100 M3 Knurlies?
Good deals with: Eremitalf, ben_hex, matttech, Elevator Sound
